Q: How long is the cable attached to the camera and what is at the other end of the cable, can the cable be passed through a drilled hole in the wall?f

At least 3 metres and yes can be drilled to allow the usb end through and filled in after the job is completed.

No. It’s Apple HomeKit specific.

Q: Can you switch the camera back on remotely if it has been switched off using the button on the camera?

No, if it’s off at the button, it is off.

Q: Would this work as an additional camera with my current logi circle 2 connected to logi circle app?

I have this logged into apple home, I couldn't get it to log into the logi app as a second camera . It is a good picture though.
