Works great and is well built…
Very well built and durable. Got a nice weight to it and the wire is thick and heavy duty. Super easy to use. Have no problems with it and I use it all the time.

Almost the perfect solution
Does about 90% of what I needed it to do while taking up two of the three USB-C ports. Because I have to keep a device plugged into the third port directly, this would have been a perfect solution if it did PD back through so I could charge my laptop.

Great docking station
This has been a great docking station for Macs. I have used newer Macbooks pros with this dock (I have purchased 2) and I love having access to more I/O options. I leave this dock at work so when I come in everyday I can just plug my Mac in and go. Please note that you will need one of the MacBook Pro options (if using a newer Mac) as MacBook Airs and MacBooks without Pro chips will not be able to use more than one monitor.

Garbage
All of a sudden, this dock no longer supports video (sam monitor, same computer for 2 years). Web searches instruct to update drivers/firmware which is arduous using a translator to extract machine files (.bin) AND does NOT resolve the problem. Buyer beware. I trashed this garbage and bought a KVM switch with US TZ actual support.

Exactly what I expected
It lived up to my expectations. I found it very practical. It has many plug options. I recommend it. I use it with a Mac, and it works really well. Great value for money. I definitely recommend it.

Plugs into the dual USB-C ports on left side of the macbook, works at 140 Hz on my two 27 inch QHD monitors + has USB and Ethernet ports.

Loved this product to begin with. Worked exactly how I needed. Then, two months to the day I ordered, it quit working. I contacted the seller to ask for refund or replacement and this was the response - “It's been a long time. I can't do anything as per Amazon policies. Take good care of yourself.” Two months is NOT a long time. Terrible service, terrible product. Shop elsewhere!
