The Longfellow poems
The book says ig contains Longfellow’s complete poems. But it does not. I wanted to read “The Arrow and the Song,” But the book does not include the poem. Sorry.

I am very disappointed and think about returning this book
I bought this thinking it contained the poems of Longfellow complete in one volume as printed on the front of the book. There is noSong of Hiawatha and another poem I wanted to read. I am very disappointed and think about returning this book. I have never returned a book before even when I was not satisfied.

Not impressed
The words are very blurred and can't read it. Also it wasn't even ready to be sent to me for 4 days and then delivered.

Disappointed
I received this book today and am extremely disappointed. The print is so small that it's basically unreadable. One will have to use a magnifying glass in order to read this book.

His Most Beloved Poems are Missing
The poems from Mr Longfellow that are most influential still to this present day are not included in this volume. Both "Paul Revere's Midnight Ride" and this famous song "Christmas Bells" are absent from the collection.

Copy machine Reprinted Book w/black smudges
The contents of this book have been reprinted by using a copy machine. Black marks are on the pages. Very, very low quality. The words are too small. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Avoidable quality-control problems...
This is not a review of the content; I love Longfellow. It's nice to have basically all his poems in one volume, and for that I'm thankful.Forgotten Books used scans of pages and printed them. Fair enough. Except some of the scans are crooked and have parts of words missing -- like the original wasn't put on the scanner squarely.Biggest annoyance for me though is the pagination. The page numbers are on the inner edge of each page. So you have to open the volume all the way just to see the page numbers.Annoying? You don't know the half of it. Every other book in the library has got even-numbered pages on the left, and odd-numbered pages on the right. This copy doesn't, though. You would expect a book publisher to be aware of this. Instead, they chose to bind it in such a way that you can't see the page numbers easily.Thumbs down, Forgotten Books. I've compiled books for printing, and we both know that this would have taken less than two minutes to fix.
