Hoggs of FifeBraemar Wellington Boot Navy

Just bought my second pair of Hoggs. Bought a pair two and a half years ago, as an alternative to the highly disposable hunter welly. Wore them heavily and solidly for that time, only replacing now due to me walking on the outside of my heel, so the heels have worn away before the rest of the boot. No cracking, no splits, and perfect for dog walking and living in Peak District where the terrain is quite challenging , especially when wet. Utterly love these boots. First were size 5 , needed three pairs of sock but still exceptionallyComfy and hard wearing. Gone for a 4 this time,Much better fit and can still use two pairs of socks with no tightness, so if you have narrow feet I’d get the size down.’ A much better alternative to fashion wellies, or big brands, and I will forever be buying these ( went for the braemar) and am so glad I have finally found a decent, well made, comfy ,Nice looking welly to spend hours in each day .

Lovely wellies! True to size (I’m a size 4 and these fit perfectly), feel sturdy and comfy to wear. Purchased for an upcoming getaway with lots of beach walks and muddy dog walks, so needed them to be comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time which I feel they will be. I ordered them with Amazon Prime delivery due to needing a quick delivery, so was a bit dismayed to find it would actually be Royal Mail tracked (don’t recall seeing that in the delivery info, but maybe I missed it) . As expected, the item didn’t arrive and Royal Mail held onto the package with no sign of intended delivery on the tracker. Contacted seller who within an hour of receiving my message had worked their magic and contacted Royal Mail to get my item back out for delivery that same day. Great customer service. Gave 5 stars as I would definitely recommend the wellies and the seller, however unfortunately I would be reluctant to order again unless alternative delivery services are an option (maybe DPD or UPS) as I’ve never had a successful 24hr delivery with Royal Mail.

Comfortable to walk in

I’m a regular dog Walker and I wear my wellies most of the time. My old green wellies gave many years of service but eventually the rubber perished!! My new navy blue wellies are absolutely brilliant! I like everything about them! They were reasonable compared to some that I looked at but the quality and fit is good so am delighted with my purchase. I will enjoy many years wading through the mud in the local parks.Delivered promptly so ticked all my boxes. Thank you

Excellent quality boots. Very comfortable and no leaks. Bought a size larger to accommodate boot socks but probably didn’t need to.

After forty three years of Hunter wellies I’ve finally gave up as the standard of them since being produced in China is terrible. I’ve tried various other expensive wellies to no avail. I read reviews on these and at half the price I thought I’d give them a go. They’re a good fit, look fine and more importantly still not letting in water as of yet.

A lovely looking welly , however they are a very slim fit so if u have a larger calf these are no good. My calf measures 15.5” and no way would they fit. Very disappointed as they looked great and well made.
