I cant get the lamp light to turn on?

The lamp should automatically turn on when you insert your hand or you can tap the circle on the top. If neither work. You should reach out to the seller for a replacement.

Did the UV light not have a bottom part for anyone else?

Mine does not have a bottom, but the screw holes are there like there’s supposed to be one. Looking back at the product pics on here it doesn’t look like it’s supposed to come with a bottom although the instruction manual that came with it shows how to attach the non existent bottom. To be honest it doesn’t need the bottom to work, and works just fine without it. I did purchase a mirror from the dollar store to set it on so I don’t have to cure the underside of my nails separately.

does the kit comes with different sized nails or they come with all the same sized nails? like do they have one specifically for my pinky size?

There are two packs, one very curved like a birds talon the other more naturally shaped. There are different sizes in each, so yes there should be one that fits your pinky. If you find the smallest size to be too big you can take a nail file to the cuticle and sides of it and shave a little bit down until it fits.

My daughter has done about 6 sets of nails and they all popped off within 24 hour!!! what is she doing wrong?

Ok what I do first is have the hands and nails completely clean and dry. No oil, lotion or dirt residue. File them a little bit to create some porosity for the gel to attach. Add the base coat to the nail. Put them under the led light for 30 seconds and then start the process of the gel. Put again under the led light for 60 seconds or until the plastic nail comes off easy. I hope this help. I do my daughter nails all the time and they last up to 3 weeks.
