The small black ring type last way longer. These wider black rubber gaskets get sticky within a week. Been using a ring type gasket syringe for weeks now.

Unfortunately, I didn't do my 'due diligence' before purchasing this item for the first time. If you want to avoid paying over $3.20/syringe and would rather pay $.09/syringe, just be smart enough (unlike me) and google "12 ml syringe ENFIT" and use the money you'll save for other things!
