I have a spinal problem that makes sitting painful. This disc alleviates the pain. It is soft and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry. Well worth the price I paid, and Amazon had the lowest price.

This is a perfect product. I use it as much as my SPD son. Great for sitting and typing. Great for Adults or children.

Broke within first use!

As soon as I started to pump air into the item, the entire valve blew out of the unit.

Valve très étroite, compliquée à gonfler ( le produit est livré gonflé mais pas suffisamment dans mon cas ). Le pied touche le sol si la personne est trop lourde. Autrement produit exploitable pour de nombreux exercices de proprioceptions. Commentaire après deux semaines d'utilisation.

I am changing my feedback. I was disappointed that a pump was not included and it was going to cost me extra but a relative has given me a cycle pump. I use one of these in a gym but wanted one to use at home. They are easy to use and - following gym instructions- I can use it when I get the opportunity at home.

Excellent cushion for people with bad backs - forces your core muscles to work hard! Was recommended by my physiotherapist.
