This product has been working very well on treating my Buck Stove Model 21 door glass, it does a great job on cleaning the glass and treating it for the next time I have to use the wood stove. I'm sure glad that I purchased this product to help with the issues of keeping the glass clean , great product.

So easy to use and works great with minimal scrubbing.

We had very thick soot stains after year of fireplace use on the glass. When I say thick I mean even razor blades were useless with other cleaners I got this - tried it and within seconds the soot was actually lifting from the glass. Now because it was so thick from years of use it did take many paper towels, BUT the glass when done looks brand new. It is beyond effective The speed of it when applied is magical There is really no smell to suggest, but I did wear latex gloves

Worked well on my wood stove glass. Downside it took 7 days to ship.

Works great, no instructions provided. I used a damp cloth with it and my glass cleaned great.

Excellent product at breaking down coating on pellet stove window, but I don't recommend using a cloth, at least initially. I use a reusable nitrile glove to wipe it down slowly with Rutland cleaner until the coating dissolves, as a cloth absorbs too much cleaner before finished dissolving. After everything is broken down, then windex and a cloth can be used, or a little more Heartland cleaner if needed, to remove the coating or finish any final spots.

It works really good, but I noticed the label changed, I don’t think this works as good as it use to

I am a one-year log stove owner, and have tried everything for cleaning the glass front of my stove (yes, even the 'spit and newspaper dipped in ashes'). This is the ONLY cleaner, and it not only cleans the glass but leaves a protective film. Expensive to obtain, but well worth it.

Juste un mot : MAGIQUE. Depuis plusieurs mois, la vitre de la fenêtre de ma cheminée à la maison était complètement brouillée, presque devenue noire. Nous avons tout essayé, mais rien ne fonctionnait. J’ai finalement acheté ce produit et, en 10 secondes, la vitre était propre. Dès que le produit touche la vitre, la saleté disparaît instantanément. Vraiment impressionnant !
