We were looking to replace 2 worn out chairs for our living room. With 2 kids and a dog I was not going to spend too much since I knew the furniture would take some abuse. We visited the local Raymour and Flanigan outlet and found these chairs for $399.00 each. After a little searching my wife found the exact same chairs on Amazon for $270.00 each ( the price has gone up since our purchase). We check with Amazon on the return policy and it seem very flexible so we went ahead and order a pair. As far as the chairs are concerned they are decent quality for the price and are comfortable. They are not top quality you would find in Ethan Allen or Thomasville but I can't argue with the value and would recommend the chair if you are looking for a reasonably priced recliner that doesn't look like an overstuffed lazy boy chair. Our issues were with the delivery. The first 2 chairs were separated during shipping. One arrived on time and the second was lost in Maryland for 2 days. Once the second arrived the box was banged up pretty badly and the chair was damaged. We called Amazon and they shipped a replacement and arranged for a pick up of the broken chair. Five days later the replacement arrives and again the box was in bad shape and once again the chair damaged. We called Amazon again they issued a $30 courtesy credit and made arrangements to pick up the damage chair and replace it. The third chair arrived a week later in perfect condition. A couple of notes, the first 2 damaged chairs arrived via a 3rd party shipper, the third chair was delivered by Amazon. All the delivery staff arrived at the scheduled time and were very courteous. Also Amazon did do what is necessary to correct the situation so I have not complaints with the resolution. Just be aware you may have to deal with a little trouble depending on who is delivering the product.

This chair is very comfortable and this chair fits perfectly in my small living room. I like the easiness of pushing the chair back and the recliner comes up. I also appreciated how nice the delivery gentleman were! The bottom of the box was a little damaged so they took the whole chair out of the box to make sure everything was ok.The only thing that upset me was how long it took to get this chair. I ordered this chair on 11/9 and got it 12/30. The weather has been very bad so I cannot complain too much. This was the only downfall but other than that I would recommend this chair.

My home

I needed a replacement recliner that was sturdy and had clearance under the chair. It arrived intact and works just fine! It is a little stiff in the beginning pushing the foot extender up, but it's fine now. The 2 deliverymen had too many deliveries to make and were angry that the boxed chair would not fit through my front door. They removed the box and tried again. Finally, they left the chair in the front yard, took the box debris, and told me I was on my own. I blame the warehouse supervisor scheduling too many deliveries on one team. Every employer is shorthanded these days, and I suspect this was the case for the local Amazon warehouse. My brother was able to get the chair inside. I love the chair.

This recliner is absolutely gorgeous..supportive.It was a little tricky finding the 2nd recline position but a little push and it's there.It's a small tasteful recliner. I have so many back issues and this left me feeling so good. We have wonderful large leather recliner which my hubby uses, very luxurious. But in a small home it would be overwhelming to have 2 that size. So I chose this gorgeous Lane and I love it better than our large one! I only wish I had a place to buy another one I love it that much! The delivery was horrible! The delivery person took the chair and delivered it to the side of our porch with no walkway or stairs! Left the box on the snowy grass! My husband yelled to him to come back and deliver it up our steps to the porch but he got in the van and left!! Called Amazon they couldn't get the driver to turn around and come back to deliver it properly..offered my a $30 credit for my trouble...demanded $50 so we could pay someone to get it moved and up on our porch. They accommodated me. Watch out for these contracted delivery services. They don't care !

The left side of the box was damaged and the left side recliner back is not connected to the base of the chair. I give this a-star 4 because, besides having to return it, it is so very comfortable and beautiful. I'm going to reorder another one in hopes that the next one doesn't arrive damaged. The second chair came damaged too. But the third time was the charm. I love it!

I’m 5’2 so this more petite recliner works awesome for me. Also is a great choice for smaller rooms. I found the chair very comfortable and not overly firm. The color was just as I was hoping. And all the reclining mechanics work great. I’m very happy with my purchase and now ping to buy another one to match.

This is a very comfortable chair. I use this chair as I do needlework. The seat cushion is firm but comfortable even after sitting in the chair for long periods of time. The fabric is incredibly soft. I'm 5'5" and the chair fits me perfectly. The delivery was great. It was delivered well within the delivery window. The gentlemen who delivered the chair were very polite and even brought the chair in through my back french doors in order to place it in my living room. The chair comes fully assembled.My only complaint is that I ordered the Ash color. The picture looks like taupe but the color is actually a medium-dark gray.
