Fantastic upgrade over factory screen
Firstly, I ordered the unit off here rather than Alibaba because it was only $50 more and got here within a week.The good: amazing upgrade over factory pointless up screen since I don’t have nav. Basically functions seemlessly: I use wireless CarPlay but I also have wired CarPlay ready to go if there are any issues.CarPlay boots within 30 seconds of me starting the car.Audio is a tad delayed and there is a high pitched noise if volume is up with nothing playing even after upgrading the aux cable.Install was…. Tricky.Took apart the dash and center console with another video tutorial, and assembled everything per that video (smart auto kit).First go around- top screen was all whiteSecond try to adjust cables- both screens were black and did not work (figured out I blew fuse 15 by driver footwell)Third try- readjusted cables and reinstalled and works just fine!!I modified my console to have just the usb female port sticking out and hot glued it to stay in place, rather than having all the extra cabling sticking around.Great product! Some minor glitches here and there but very good

Good Value but has some bugs
It works all right but sometimes it has glitches with the connection and it will reset. Installation was pretty easy to do and only took about an hour. If you don't have any experience with installing your own equipment I would go to a professional to get it done. My only big gripe was the communication with the tech support team. I had an issue where the unit kept on disconnecting from my phone as well as I was unable to use my backup cameras. It took almost a week for them to tell me to do a very simple fix action to the unit. For future reference for anyone having this unit make sure your dip switches are on OFF position except for number 8, which should be ON. The unit itself works pretty well when it wants to. It's pretty fast and never freezes up.

It's good enough that I'm keeping it
It's good enough that I'm keeping it, but I'm not happy that I have to turn off my wifi and Bluetooth, in order to have a phone call with a person. The lag between each side is at least 2 seconds, making conversation very annoying.Second, at higher volumes there is a very noticeable engine noise. I tried a ground loop isolator, but the sibd quality suffered too much to be usable.Third, the volume for the android assistant is way too low and there's no way to adjust it. So, if you want to listen to a message sje plays back, you gotta turn up your volume all the way and then quickly turn it down, so when the music plays you're not blasted...Outside of that, the unit is responsive and I love all that Android Auto offers for YouTube music, navigation, etc.Just wish they took a little time to tweak this thing more.P.s. you wint be able to use your track forward backward on the steering wheel anymore, when using android auto. Just doesn't do anything...

Great concept, poor execution.
The media could not be loaded. This system has always had a few quirks, but now it will randomly press buttons on the screen or shut off completely. I've contacted JoyeAuto and sent them this video and they said it is not clear enough. Denies warranty and will not respond to any messages. Stay far away.The audio is poor, when switching from Android phones to Apple you need to tweak the equalizer on this unit to make the music even bearable. Sound is extremely scratchy and overdriven if you dont.Bluetooth drops in and out. The mic for phone calls and voice commands is also useless.

Great when it works but not working for 2nd time.
Great when working but display is now not working for a second time. Audio still work but defeats the CarPlay function without the display.

Great customer service!
I had this professionally installed as I do not know anything about taking a car radio apart or computers. It worked to connect to CarPlay right away but I had to contact service because phone calls weren’t working. I chatted with the service rep and they helped me very quickly fix the issue. This is a great workaround for a car that does not come with CarPlay or navigation. Great product and great service!

Works pretty good. Need to tweak a few things to make it nice
It glitches sometimes. Other people complain about audio quality, mainly because you need to turn down the master volume in the device settings so it won’t sound scratchy and out blown. Other than that, it functions pretty well, and I finally have CarPlay in my Q50!

It will drain your battery
The device is obtaining power from a harness line which is still suppling voltage when the vehicle is off.So if you parked your vehicle for more than five days, you'll definitely need to jump the battery to drive it.I'd wait for a next version of this device's power connection configuration before buying it.
