A: I don’t think so. No reason to. It’s to minimize pores & prime ur skin for makeup. Btw. I absolutely love this product. My pores r very noticeable. But this makes them nonexistent. I have used this for a long time. Highly recommend

A: I use before and sometimes after to set the foundation on my nose Yes, use fingertips to smooth over the entire face.
