I must start by describing some of my personal information and affliction. I am 71 and dealt with this fungus problem most of my life. The only product that has ever worked, 85% of the time, is by prescription and required testing to make sure it was not going to kill my organs. Because they are easy to reach and monitor, I started with my hands. Eight out of ten fingers were extremely bad and for the other two fingers had slight discoloration, but no actual fungus visible. The fungus on most of my nails was involved that it was all the way down to within about 1/8’ of the center of the nail right at the cuticle. As the fungus destroyed the new nail growing it cause the nail to puff up into a large ridge and it would continue growing this way on any of the new nail growth. These puffed areas caused what should be the hard surface of the nail to be very soft and brittle. I found it necessary to file this unless nails down to the nail bed to keep them from being ripped off while using my hands daily. So, most of my nails were nothing more than yellow colored soft fungus. For the record, I have tried many over the counter products with zero success. I began using this product about two weeks ago and I created a regiment of my own to be as consistent as possible with each application. I prep my nails before each and every application. The prep begins my putting a little of Dawn dishwashing soap in a small glass and adding a little water. I chose Dawn because I have always found it to be a great cleaner and really cuts through oils and dirt. From my little glass containing the Dawn and water I use a stiff tooth brush to dip and scrub each finger nail and skin area around the nails. I then rinse my hands, dry them off with a clean paper towel and allow them to air dry for about 15 minutes. I have no idea how long it really takes for the nails and skin to dry, but I had to start somewhere. My application of the product is much like applying nail polish. However, I do apply the product about 1/8 of an inch onto the skin area surrounding the nail. The product goes on pretty thick and almost looks like very high-grade and light machine oil. I never felt any tingling or burning from my nails or skin around the nails. The instruction states that you should allow the product to dry and I do wait at least 15 minutes, but does not ever seem to fully dry to a solid finish which what I was expecting. When the product is applied it is very shinny and even after 20 minutes of drying time it is still bright and shiny. However, as soon as I rub my nails by grabbing a shirt of putting my hands into my pants pockets, the shiny is gone. I can only assume that the shin, that is now gone, is excess product that was not absorbed into the nail and nail bed. I should also mention that I avoid putting my hands into water unless I use rubber gloves. I have seen over my past years that the fungus seems to act like a sponge and suck moisture into the fungus areas, blot and then crumble. I try to plan my days that involve putting my hands into water that I am quickly ready to prep my nails and apply the product. I am now two weeks into using the product and it looks like it may actually be doing what they claim! I mentioned above that the shine wipes off, but it must have penetrated enough that the nail and exposed nail beds look to have a more natural color and pretty much none of the ugly yellow fungus area. The exposed nail bed surfaces seem to have become harder and do not show any yellow fungus. It appears that the new area of nail growth is more natural and with the stiffening ridges that a strong nails should have. I am going to continue using the product because it looks like it is going to work, but my only wish is that nail growth would be much faster so that I could really see it happen and end to this nasty affliction. By the time I realized I was dealing with fungus on my big toe (and not just discoloration from dark nail polish, like I thought), my toenail was fully covered in fungal infection and was thin, brittle, separating from the nail bed, and painful. I ordered this product and began using it (the included brush is MUCH easier to use than the dropper cap). Things definitely looked worse before they began to get better. I started seeing results when I began applying the product not just to the nail but also to the skin around the nail and on top of the nail bed. As my nail grew out, I was horrified to discover that the fungus had nearly eaten a hole in a part of my nail. I’m not sure what would have happened if I had neglected to treat it. There were several times I almost gave up and went to the doctor, but I started seeing small improvements day by day. (As a side note, I began using Dr’s Remedy polish to cover the nail damage when sandal season came, and I highly recommend it as well.) I have applied this product religiously twice a day for almost 6 months (I’m on my second bottle), and I am happy to report that the nail is growing out healthy. The infected portion is slowly growing off the end of the nail. My nails grow fast, so I expect within a month or so, it will look normal again. I’d share before and after photos, but no one would want to see them 😱 One more thing: the product has an oily texture, so it never really dries. It will eventually absorb into the skin, but it’s NOT something you can expect to paint on and watch it dry like nail polish. At some point, you just have to put on your socks and shoes and hope for the best. Anyway, I’m grateful that this product saved my nail!

After trying a few over the counter remedies without much success, this has worked very well.

After reviewing a number of products and consumer feedback, I ordered a bottle. It arrived half-empty. The instructions suggested pouring liquid onto toenails. A cap and separate dipping brush was enclosed; it proved far more useful to dab the liquid onto the affected toenails. The instructions also read that toes should be filed every two to three days. I followed the instructions strictly, using the product morning and evening. The first application, it took more than three hours for the oil to evaporate. After that, it appeared to dry in as few as 15 minutes. The bottle started to run out at the start of week number four and I stretched out what remained with one application daily for the last five days. Photo comparison showed my nails looked far worse than when started. The one exception was the yellowing of the nails appeared to move forward with old growth and wasn't emerging with new nail growth. I debated for a week whether to buy another bottle. I did because some literature suggests eight weeks of use is required to begin to see results. I ordered the new bottle. It arrived today. Amazingly, it was filled to the top of the bottle and not half-way like the first one. I would have given a higher rating except that the advertised promises of early improvement didn't happen. More reading about the treatment suggests a product with undecylenic acid has more merit than creams. I'm willing to continue the treatment to see if my chances improve.

Works great, it does take time. I've been using it 2x per day everyday. Don't expect result ASAP. Depending on how bad your nails are could take yrs. I have Runner's Nails and I have noticed very big changes on my nails since I started using this. Highly recommend.

My nails were white from ends to halfway up bed. I always wore polish to cover it up. I've used this morning/night for a month and a half. From the first application they truly looked better. The oil seemed to make the white fungus less apparent. Now the nails have grown where the white is almost fully gone. I was VERY skeptical but I'd say give it a try. It's not like your out much money.

I bought this product because I was dealing with a problem on one of my toenails. It is very easy to apply, and the brush makes it simple to cover the nail. It has been helpful as part of my nail-care routine, and I’m satisfied with my purchase. I will continue using it as directed.

I've heard good success stories with this product so I decided to give it a try. It takes a long time to work, so I can't share it's effectiveness. The box it comes in is safely sealed, but also very tightly formed around the plastic insert holder. I had a very difficult time opening the flap to the box and only was successful after the box ripped! I've never had a box so difficult to raise the flap. The bottle comes with an applicator that appears it would screw onto the bottle, but only if you remove the dispensing insert (a single small hole with a small tube attached that is inside the bottle to allow only a drop at a time out). If using as is, it's a bit of a pain to have to keep the plastic box holder to store both the bottle and the applicator. Otherwise, if you're prone to knocking the bottle over, leaving the dispensing cap on will prevent a big mess. If it works for me, it'll be a good value.
