Seems to be a quality product.
Seems to be a quality product. I like that the company proves what's in the capsules by providing their COA. Life Extension uses a standard capsule size and just fills it with enough product to meet the label, instead of sizing the capsule for exactly the amount of oil. This saves them money so you get a great product at a lower price. Too soon to see if they'll reduce my dry hands yet, but I'll update in a month or so. There's also a lot of misinformation out there about this product, namely that ceramides are a "sticky fat", act like cholesterol, and contribute to NAFLD and a bunch of other metabolically unhealthy things. This product doesn't: Ceratiq contains plant-derived phytoceramides (glycosylated and bound to sugars) that are hydrolyzed in the gut and used primarily to rebuild the skin's lipid barrier, not to accumulate as free, toxic ceramides in organs like the liver or muscle. Unlike harmful endogenous ceramides produced from excess saturated fats, Ceratiq's ceramides do not disrupt insulin signaling or promote cardiovascular risk, as shown in clinical trials with no metabolic or organ-related adverse effects. Edit: Wow. Every winter for over a decade, I've spent the entire winter dealing with dry, cracked, bleeding skin on the back of my hands. I've tried every lotion under the sun, changed hand towels around the house, used colder water when washing my hands, changed my diet, everything I could think of or read about online. This fixed my hands in 17 days. I took one every night right after dinner. I'm absolutely blown away. I hope they never stop making this product, because it's incredibly effective.

Noticeably Hydrating and Great for Daily Skin Support
Life Extension Skin Restoring Ceramides turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. I picked it up hoping for something simple that would help with dryness and early fine lines, and after taking it consistently, I definitely noticed improvements. My skin feels more hydrated overall, especially around areas that usually get tight or flaky. It’s not a dramatic overnight change, but more of a steady, healthy glow that builds over a few weeks. One thing I appreciate is how easy it is to take. Just one liquid capsule a day, and it doesn’t upset my stomach or interact weirdly with anything else I’m using. I also like that it’s gluten free, non GMO, and vegetarian, which makes it feel like a clean addition to a skincare routine rather than something heavy or complicated. In terms of results, the biggest difference for me has been in smoothness and overall texture. My skin looks a little plumper and holds moisture better, especially during colder or dryer weather. Fine lines aren’t gone, but they look softer, which is honestly all I was hoping for. It pairs really well with a good moisturizer, too, almost like it boosts the effects from the inside out. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because the improvements, while real, are gradual. If you’re expecting fast or dramatic anti aging results, this might feel too subtle. But for steady hydration, improved texture, and a healthier appearance overall, it’s a great choice. A gentle but effective supplement that fits easily into a daily routine and delivers solid, noticeable benefits over time.

Not a good value for me.
I have been taking this for about a month now. I wasn't expecting to look 20 years younger, but I was hoping for a little improvement. I don't feel it hydrated at all, and saw no improvement with skin suppelness or reduction in fine lines. Other reviewers commented on the capsules not being completely full, and I agree. Mine were 3/4 full. Now I'm on the hunt for another product!

It works
I was having trouble with breakouts on my skin just tiny little bumps all over my arms and lotions did not help I bought the CeraV lotion, and countless others and did everything I could to get my skin back to where it was. So I was looking at some vitamins and saw this brand and so I thought I would try it and after 30 days or even before the 30 days my skin does not have any bumps anywhere on my whole body. I did purchase them again and I will purchase them as long as they are going to keep my skin looking normal and feeling soft.
