This rain chain is beautiful! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it looks even better in person. The iron bells have a really nice, rustic look and it makes such a peaceful sound when it rains. It was easy to hang and works just like a downspout, but way prettier. Definitely adds a nice touch to the front of the house—super happy with it!

After about a year or so, these are holding up just fine. No changes to the finish, and no rust present. I can see why people switched to downpipes on their gutters ages ago, these look nice but during heavy rain they can make a real mess. However, they're better than the gutters overflowing when they're pitched wrong, and far better looking. If you live in a climate that gets mild rain these are brilliant, but if you live in an area with heavy rain, don't put them by your front door, because it'll splash all over the wood and make it start to peel. HOWEVER, the sound they make when it's raining is also lovely, so these are a welcome addition to the house, and I'd absolutely make the switch any time, especially with this brand.

It looks so nice and the water from the gutter drips thru nicely. It was a little to long for my area by the front door, but removing one bell was relatively easy and did the trick.

This is beautiful and wonderfully made. Looks wonderful with my brick exterior.

Seems to be a nice product that holds up well but the water doesn't come down the first piece well, even after installing the opening that comes with it. Watch it closely during the first heavy rains and you'll see it almost skips the first piece.

Packaged well and took less than 15 minutes to install. That includes having to use my drill and hole cutter to cut a hole in my gutter to mount it. I tried it running water from a hose and it did pretty good but a lot of splashing outside of the cups and chain. I'm happy with it though. We'll see how it does over the next couple weeks because lots of rain in the forecast.

I bought these to provide additional gutter drainage for an oversized gutter that I recently installed. Love how it looks and would recommend it.

I love it! I’ve had this for two summers now and no signs of rust on it (I did put it inside for the winter). Works very well: the rain makes no splash with this.

I purchased 3 sets of these rain chains. It is a year now and have seen the heavy monsoons last year. They are perfect and no signs of rusting. Expensive but value for money.

Arrived to the UK very quickly, Very easy to install, used silicon to seal plate adapter to downpipe and it works a treat! Never looked forward to rain before 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Love it! Very easy to install looks more “antique” which is what I was going for but we haven’t had rain yet so not sure how well it’ll hold up did pour water on it and looked great
