The best flour!
This flour is amazing. Made from heritage wheat berries, no glyphosates, bromate or folic acid added. I don't have any issues with gluten sensitivity when I eat this flour. Usually my nose gets very stuffy but not with this flour. It is expensive compared to the crud they sell in the grocery store but it's so much healthier. Flour like great grandma used to bake with. I made Everything Bagels and they came out super delicious. Also made hamburger buns and they taste delicious, had great rise and browned beautifully.

Best Baked GoodsI Have Made, Great Texture And Taste
My daughter used this flour in her baked goods when we visited. I found it on Amazon and read about it. Bought a bag right away and am ordering my second bag for Thanksgiving baking. Made the best blueberry muffins I have ever made. The flour is so velvety it works so well, is easy to incorporate, and we didn’t bloat after eating the cookies I baked. It was very easy on my system and the baked goods had a sturdiness to them but aren’t tough. I think the way this flour is milled and makes everything turn out it’s worth the price. I have found my favorite flour!

Excellent Flour!
I have been using Sunrise Flour Mill Heritage flour for over 6 years. It has a delicious taste and bakes up very nice. It’s good for people who have digestive issues. My flour always arrives at the time stated and is always fresh!

Fresh milled flour
I bought this because I have a gluten intolerance. I read the reviews and so many said this flour didn't bother their intolerance. The flour is in a resealable bag. I used this in my sourdough starter last night and got the best rise i have gotten yet compared to the flour I was getting from France. It has a great texture, no weird clumps, and seems like a good value compared to other organic flour. The date is on the bag that the flour was milled.

Love the flour!!
I’ve made 4 loaves of bread with this flour and it is the best bread I’ve ever had. The taste is amazing and the texture is great. It rises very well and easy to work with. I have made a batch of homemade noodles too but we have not tasted them yet.

This stuff rocks, you won't be disappointed. IBS sufferers take note!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have IBS and cannot easily digest any wheat sprayed with RoundUp to dry it, and anything bleached or bromated. This wheat seemed nutritious and healthy compared to most US wheats stripped of their germ and bran and infused with glyphosate. This wheat is amazing for making homemade breads, rolls, pancakes, pizza dough/crust, sourdough starter, etc. I've suffered for close to 35 years with horrible diverticulosis and IBS, and any regular breads, rolls or pizza crusts at the grocery store just aggravate my symptoms and make me miserable for days afterwards. I've only used this for just over a week but have made all kinds of stuff with it including raw cookie dough balls, breads, and pizza crusts. This heritage whole flour is outstanding for ALL of these things, and has not caused any symptoms at all. I'm so in love with this! Try it even if you don't believe the 'hype' about how awful regular wheats and breads are for you. Joe Rogan would love this flour and I might suggest he try it if he doesn't already know about it. :) Have a joyful day!

A whole different level
I'm gluten sensitive. This flour does not hurt my stomach. Most importantly, the quality and ultra-fine texture have taken my baking to a whole new level. I'll never use another.

Game Changer for Gluten Free People
I’ve tried to make my gluten free sourdough bread with other GF flour and it never came out I wanted it. I have a gluten sensitivity so I have to be very careful what I eat. I am able to use this flour for my bread and had no stomach issue from. The favor of the bread is like no other. My only issue was that I couldn't stop eating the bread. I've had people tell me after eating my sourdough bread or cakes they don't feel as heavy when they eat it. I always tell them it's the flour. In my opinion it's worth every penny.
