Lunderg CPAP Pillow for Side & Back Sleepers - Memory Foam

I bought this pillow for my husband, and it has been worth every single penny! He uses a full mask CPAP and is a side sleeper, which used to make finding a comfortable pillow impossible. This pillow completely solved that problem. He absolutely loves it! The adjustable height feature is amazing because you can easily remove the extra foam layer to get the exact thickness you need. It does a fantastic job of reducing mask pressure and preventing annoying air leaks throughout the night, meaning he finally gets a great night of uninterrupted sleep. As a massive bonus, it even came with a cooling pillowcase—like, come on, that is amazing! It keeps him cool and comfortable all night long. If your partner struggles with a CPAP mask while sleeping on their side, do not hesitate to buy this. It is a total lifesaver!

I bought this pillow yesterday and used it for the first time last night. How did I not find it sooner? My sleep was completely different! I didn’t expect to notice such a big difference after only one night, but the neck support was excellent, especially since I sleep on my side. I have been dealing with neck pain for several months, and this morning I woke up with almost no pain. Even my wife noticed how well the pillow supported my neck. I highly recommend it—100%!

I have ordered this pillow as a BiPaP full mask user at least 5 times. Overall, it is well made and I find it personally comfortable for my neck and it lets me flop from side to side with minimal disturbance to my mask.There are 2 set designs patterns on the top and bottom of the pillow, one pair is round in shape, the other pattern pair has a lower and upper bump area. You have to pay attention to this when putting on the pillow case. These 2 design areas allow the user to have a little choice on foam height and pillow contour. There is also a small removable pad which allows further height customization. I prefer the higher side of the pillow for my neck. There are 2 pillowcases provided, but I prefer just using one. I have found that I personally need to replace the pillow about once a year as the foam starts to lose its firmness. The other thing I personally don’t appreciate is when the company lists the pillow at the 79 dollars and acts like it is over a 30% discount. With the increasing number of available memory foam CPAP pillows, the reality is if this pillow was really over $120 dollars, I would no longer be purchasing it. At its current cost, it is still on the pricy side.

I have been struggling to try and sleep in my bed with my CPAP because of the way my mask would skew out of place when I try to sleep on my side, so I've been sleeping in my recliner. For the first time since starting CPAP therapy I can finally sleep in my bed again! I also bought the travel size pillow, but the travel sized pillow was a waste of money.

Works better than a standard pillow but not as comfortable but less seal loss for sure. The cooling cover doesn't seam any different than the regular cover. Overall better than a regular pillow for cpap users.

This pillow is fantastic. Besides being comfortable, I went from having 11 cpap mask leaks per night to about 3. Also, their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with a pillowcase, and it was quickly resolved.

Pillow has help me with neck pain and stiffness. My shoulder is not sore and I am skeeping much better. I wouldn't say this if it wasnt true. The pillow cases hold it all together. I decided to put a normal pillow case over it all. Has not changed the help from the pillow. Its pricey, but not all those copy cat pillow made elsewhere. I would say try it. If for some reason you dont like it return it. Its worth the try and I'm glad i did.

I thought at first that I liked this pillow, but after using it 3 months, I am having problems with it. While it's pretty good for dealing with my CPAP tubing, there is no way this is a memory foam pillow: My head doesn't sink into it at all, and I'm ending up waking up with headaches and a stiff neck again. So I'm back to the drawing board looking for a pillow that will work for me. I really feel that if this were truly memory foam, it might be the one, but having had a fair amount of experience with memory foam, including two TempurPedic mattresses over the years, I am sure this is not memory foam, and it's definitely not working for me. UPDATE 5/22/26: Lunderg customer service reached out to me after reading my initial review and offered me the opportunity to try their other pillow, the Parkin, with a promised refund for the memory foam CPAP pillow if the Parkin didn't work. I have to say that the Parkin is much better for me, but the filling doesn't stay where I put it, with the result that it works decently for back sleeping and very well for side sleeping, but not both at once. Since I can't change the filling or rearrange it during the night when I move from back to side to back, it isn't working for me. But the CPAP cutouts work great, so I'd highly recommend the Parkin pillow for CPAP users who stay in one position--back or side--for most of the night. Plus, I added an extra star to recognize the awesome customer service. I hope Lunderg will try some different designs or fillers to solve this issue. I'll definitely try it if they make a new option!

Es súper cómoda, te detiene desde los hombros, el cuello y la cabeza o la cara adaptándose a tus dimensiones porque está hecha de una muy fina espuma viscoelástica. Las fundas son cómodas y bonitas. Yo estaba a punto de dejar de usar el CPAP porque a cada rato se me desacomodaba la mascarilla y me despertaban las fugas de aire por todos lados. Sólo podía dormir bien boca arriba, pero no aguantaba en esa misma postura toda la noche. Mi hija dio con esta almohada y ha sido la perfecta solución. Más vale gastar un poco más, pero comprar una almohada que realmente te sirva. Recomiendo ampliamente este producto, el cual considero indispensable si usas cualquier tipo de mascarilla CPAP para dormir, pero si no la necesitas también te recomiendo comprar esta almohada para que duermas súper cómodamente. Te relaja, te soporta y amaneces sin dolor de cuello.

Me ha ayudado a dormir mejor, evitando que se mueva la máscara de CPAP al moverme y me permite dormir en más posiciones. Muy cómoda e incluso para las cervicales. La única pega es que me cuesta mucho encontrar fundas de recambio. Tendría que venir esta opción junto con el producto.
