The blade cleanly slices tomatoes and cucumbers, cut up carrots, chop onions, and create thin ribbons of basil. The bolster makes it comfortable to hold and cut meat. It practically guides to hold the knife exactly how you should. The knife is perfectly balanced and ergonomic in your hand. It's dishwasher safe, but I recommend hand-washing to avoid scratches and extend its lifespan. Be careful if you use guides for sharpening as the blade edge is 15°. I used water stones. The knife sharpens quickly and easily.

This is my go to knife even though I have several high priced German knives. It always does the job that I need including slicing tomatoes. Like with any knife take care of it. Sharpen with your steel with each use and you won't be disappointed. The price is so reasonable. This model is the 2nd one I've purchased. Giving it as a gift.

I have had this knife for a little over 3 months. I didn't pay a whole boat load of money, however for what I did pay I expected a little bit more. it substantially dulled after a few months and I don't even use it that much.

Very nice knife. Literally cuts everything like butter. I really like the smooth finishing, make it really easy to clean. The knife is also really comfortable to hold. It has a silicone-like handle that is soft to the touch. The packaging also feels high-end. The knife comes with a nice box and a shealth. I might buy another one and gifted it to a friend.

I cook a lot! Yes I didn’t order any take out or delivery for three months during this quarantine. So it is time for me to get a new knife, even I have a lot at home already but most of them are not sharp enough. I like this knife, the size is perfect for me. I’ve been using this knife lately and it works perfect. I don’t recommend to wash it in the washing machine, and it is easy to clean just by rinsing with dish soap. The pack of the knife was nice too, it could be considered as a gift if needed.

Purchased with desire for a sharp knife to cut meats with ease. This one is just OK as it cuts like my old knife. At least it has a good handle grip and is beautiful to behold.

This knife is just what the kitchen ordered! We've been buying knives regularly a they just aren't sharp enough to cut through meats etc. This knife is surprisingly sharp. It arrived in good time as yesterday was when we were cutting up a lot of meet for our guests.The knife has a very professional feel to it. It comes in a very well packaged box which is sleek. The knife itself is also a thing to look at. I almost didn't want to take it out of the box like a souvenir lol. Out of the box you also have a plastic sleeve that the knife sits in. I was surprised it didn't come with a sharpener but time will tell how long it stays sharp for. However be careful it is very sharp.All in all I would say this has been the best knife we've purchased soo far. It cuts through meat like butter and as a bonus it looks very professional. The price was a massive selling point as I can only see the equivalent branded knife being 3 to 4 times this price.Definitely recommend this knife for all kitchen warriors.

At first it seemed like a great knife, it was sharp and just what I was looking for. Over time, that protective layer peels off and deposits itself within your food.Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. They are mainly there because you get a deal off your next purchase you give then 5 stars.

This is a very good looking knife with a polished golden colour an a nice handle. It comes with its own sheath which is handy because it is quite sharp. I have used it for a few different tasks and it performed admirably. Would consider again if needed.
