Attached to drywall using four 50lb drywall anchors instead of a stud or solid wood. Sounds sketchy I know but I experimented for a while on a wall I was taking down. I have 100% faith in my installation and you can too!How I did it:Get 50lb dry wall anchorsMark holes where you want to mountUse 1/8" drill bit to predrill holesInstall anchorsUse the screws from the anchors to attach opener to wall (set drill on very low clutch. Not bad if you like drinking shards of glass
Built solid to last a lifetime but you have to be really careful opening up bottles or it will chip the glass. Maybe I can try to take a wrench to the back tongue to adjust it so it works better but I'm pretty disappointed that something designed to do a pretty simple job can't do it well. I've owned other openers where this isn't a problem.

Perfect for mounting on a cooler.
I mounted this to my Pelican Marine Elite 35 cooler. The fit and finish is perfect but be careful because it will break the lip of the bottle sometimes. It is built so well that this happens if you try to just "snap" the bottle cap off quickly. Great opener, love it on the front of my cooler.

must have and good purchase.
The bottle opener is well constructed and Mounting it next to my grill, it gets plenty of use while having get togethers. The only issue (can't really complain due to -$10 prize) the mounting screws started to rust.Overall, must have and good purchase.

Strong and a really nice finish on it
Has an awesome finish on it and it's tough as nails. I put this on the side of a "beer caddy" I made as a Christmas gift, and it really tied it all together. Great product!

Perfect for my purpose
Perfect! The 4-screw mounting bridges the seam in my cabinet fronts. The typical 2-screw designs would not work where I needed to mount it.
