Good materials. Not too hard to build. Keeps outside cat dry and comfy.

The quality is ok ... the space inside is also good putting it together can be a little but tricky .... overall good product bad enough for me my cats didnt like it but if you are lucky its a great product specially if your cats spend most of their time outside ..

Very cute little house but wood could be of a better quality for the price, although it is pretty sturdy once put together. Added a few coats of polyurethane to waterproof the wood on the inside and out. I caulked the bottom floor and the balcony floor to close the exposed seams between the wooden slats to help keep out rain and bugs a little better. Also, had to drill a few extra holes so some of the screws would line up when screwed down. It was pretty simple to assemble given the tweaks I had to make. Time will tell how well this little house holds up. Overall very pleased with the purchase and hoping the stray kitties I care for will enjoy.

I've graduated my feral garden kitty from a plastic bin to something more aesthetically pleasing and roomier as she might be pregnant. It took me a little longer to put it together by myself because I was lining it with installation as I went. But I managed and was proud of myself when I completed it. Several reviewers mentioned the cat house isn't weatherproof and my deck is open to the elements. I stained it the color of my deck (about 3-4 coats) and to avoid leaks I place a plastic tarp on the opening. We've gotten record-breaking rain the past few weeks and the inside is still bone dry. I also placed straw and a self-warming bed on the first floor so everyone is cozy. Noir (the cat) is still hesitant to go in the house for to long (just like the plastic bin). I feed her on the porch of her house and she will go in when I put snacks inside there or will take a quick 'cat nap" when waiting for her breakfast. We shall see as the winter season approaches. So far I like it much better than what I had there. My only gripe is the cost of shipping - as a prime member it should have been free and I probably would not have purchased if I didn't have a gift card but I'm glad I didl

I was skeptical about buying the house because of the lack of reviews, but I am glad I did. The house is just what I expected. I received the order one day after placing the order.The house fairly easy to put together. It’s not the sturdiest but it’s decent for the price. It’s a great option for an outside cat!

We got this for my daughters outdoor cats and we love it! It did initially have a strong odor but after a few days that went away. We have it under a covered porch so it is holding up well. If it was completely open to the elements I could see that it may not last a long time.

Ours arrived with a broken roof - thankfully we were able to easily fix it with some wood glue. It took my husband about 30 min to put together. Very sturdy && wood is relatively thick, it is also very spacious. It did arrive past the original date that was provided by Amazon, so if you need something quickly don’t rely on this one
