Decent Shampoo, but Don’t Expect Dramatic Results
I’ve been using this shampoo for almost two months. While it hasn’t delivered the dramatic repair results promised in the description, it’s still a solid product. My hair feels a bit softer and more manageable, and I do appreciate that it’s paraben-free and sulfate-free, which makes it gentler on the scalp. The bottle is large and lasts a long time, and overall the shampoo performs slightly above average compared to typical drugstore options. It’s just not a miracle worker for very damaged hair.If you’re looking for a decent everyday shampoo with a pleasant feel and clean formula, this is a good choice — just keep expectations realistic.⭐ Rating: 4/5

Great product
I really like this conditioner. It makes my hair soft and feeling great. But I have an awful time getting it out of the bottle especially when it's about half full. Any ideas?

“New and improved” AKA less argan oil
Ran out of this product and ordered more in this large size. Immediately upon opening, the product had a different smell, personally unappealing to me. I still had my older, smaller bottle, so I sniffed it just to confirm that I wasn’t crazy. Indeed, a very different scent. Smells cheap and sweet now whereas before it was more mature and musky.I was curious about what exactly the “improvement” to the formula was. Sure enough, just a downgrade money-saving move by the company rebranded as an improvement to benefit the consumer. Classic and honestly laughable.I’ve included photos of the ingredient list on the new bottle (first photo) and the list on the bottle of the old version of the product (second photo). For those who don’t know, ingredients on anything and everything are always listed in order from highest concentration in the product to lowest concentration. As you can see, the “improvement” that was made was adding a higher concentration of glycerin, and less argan oil.Doesn’t seem like an improvement to me, but I’ll just leave this information here for potential consumers, and as a heads up for people like me who loved the old product for 10+ years.
