After owning the Plantronics Voyager Pro & 5200 and eventually breaking them, I decided to go for a cheaper Bluetooth headset.Pros: This one is a little more snug than the Plantronics, but the soft rubberized material is very comfortable for long wear. Callers sound very clear and loud, and they seem to hear me very well in comparison. Battery life also seems fantastic, I've used it for over 5 hours of continuous use without the low battery warning coming up, and I actually don't know what the maximum time is but this is plenty. Compared to Plantronics, this is a big improvement. Connection to my phone is also great, as I'm able to walk at least 20 feet away without any problems. Walking to a different interior room has been fine too.Cons: Minor stuff mostly. The physical switch has turned on when putting it in my pocket, and it doesn't seem like it'll automatically go to sleep as long as it's switched on. Also, the noise canceling isn't the best for the microphone, as my callers often can hear other noises in my room. Wind when I'm outside definitely causes a problem with the microphone too. It's a minor gripe, but this is one area that could be improved.Overall, I'm very happy with this Bluetooth headset. For the price, it's excellent and you'd have to spend 5x more to get a comparable name brand with slightly better noise cancelation.

Not comfortable at all, doesn’t tell you who is calling in your contact list. Pretty disappointing.

This head set has worked well for me. It's much more comfortable in my ear than the ear buds of most other types. Even after I lost the ear cushion it doesn't hurt my ear. The battery life is long. I charge it over night. I like that I can pause and start things I'm playing with a tap. The sound has been great for calls. Works just as well if not better than my previous more expensive plantronics. I've had it over 16 months now. It's just I wish it had a charging case and/or double ear pieces for stereo listening to music.

Loved the Conambo Bluetooth headset. The sound quality was excellent and I appreciated the size of the unit--I had used other manufacturer's earpieces that were smaller (which would seem like an advantage), but it lead to me either continually misplacing or loosing the units. The Conambo is the perfect size. I had an issue with the rotary portion of the earpiece so I reached out to Conambo support and worked with Dilys, who was great. Response was very rapid and I was able to get the issue resolved with a replacement unit sent out in less than 24 hours. Conambo puts a priority on customer service! This does the trick for an ear piece for your phone. Does not announce the caller. Does not call out with voice command until the 3rd or 4th request. So the only thing it is good for is talking on the phone. My old plantonic would announce the callers name and would call contacts upon my request. I guess for the money, it is all they could do well. There is a button that you push and is supposed to all commands, but like I said, you have to push it for like 5 seconds, hear a beep and then state your command. Then it does nothing. Supposed to double tap the side button to call back. Same thing, does not always work.

Had this one in a different color and it got lost. Since I liked it, I got this one to replace the first one. It's hard to say whether it's really noise cancelling because it's in one ear. Don't use it in the car since mine links my cellphone. The sound quality during calls is good when I'm alone. Find it comfortable and easy to use. Helpful for someone who can't hold a phone up to their ear very long or if you need to do things requiring two hands when you're on a call.

I really wanted this for use with my computer when I’m on zoom meetings. The very first time the device kept loosing WiFi connection and it tells you when it’s lost and when it’s reconnecting. It did this every 30 seconds to a minute for the beginning 20 min of the meeting. Very distracting!The second time I used it for the same thing it was fine. The volume is a bit soft even with the volume turned most of the way up.This is my first over the ear device I have used. So I have nothing to compare it to. In all for the price it seems adequate. I did not buy the best most expensive, so it meets what I thought it would do. I’m hoping that the computer WiFi thing was gust a beginners glitch.

I liked this bluetooth so much I have bought several for gifts, recommended it to others, and reordered for myself. Here's what I have noticed. After a few months of perfection operation people begin to complain that I sound muffled, like I am under water. So I ordered another one thinking maybe I damaged it but on the first day I was told the same thing.I can here other perfectly. The reception on my end is perfectly clear. No one however can here me. My friends are also reporting the same problem. I won't order this again. I am thinking to return it as well. The fault isn't mine, turns out the device is defective.
