This 10,400mAh portable charger has been a lifesaver. It’s the perfect size to pop in my bag, not too heavy, and it charges my phone quickly when I’m out and about. I can get about two full charges for my phone before it needs recharging, which is ideal for long days out or when travelling. The design is simple and sturdy, and it feels good quality — not cheap or flimsy like some I’ve tried before. It also holds its charge really well when not in use, which is a big plus. I love having peace of mind knowing I won’t run out of battery when I’m out with the kids or using my phone for work. Definitely worth the money and would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable, long-lasting power bank.

Brilliant gadget. Bought in two colours white and aqua. Very well made. Charges all types of products from Apple lightening to android, USB, USBC etc. Comes with a charger and instructions in a neat, soft grey bag. I bought these chargers after a prolonged electricity outage. Easy to carry and use. Easy to charge and holds a charge well enough to fully charge two 64GB Apple phones or an Apple MacBook Pro etc. Recommended to me by my daughter.

Understanding my ratings: Unlike some reviewers I do not grant five stars simply because a product is as advertised. Three stars for meets expectations/adequate. Products lose stars for failing to meet expectations but gain stars for going above and beyond. Purchased in April 2023 for £12.99. For this price the product is good value. The power bank is solidly built. As other reviewers have noted it can take a while to charge the power bank, but that's only to be expected for a 10400 mAh battery with a maximum charge rate of 15W. I have two of these and they take around seven hours to charge from empty to full, when charging at 12W. Sure, that's longer than the superspeed charging some newer phones are capable of but such charging should only be done infrequently, when absolutely necessary, and comes at a price. For this product the charging speed is adequate, and means you can easily charge the power bank overnight. We must also bear in mind that slower charging is better for the health of the power bank's batteries. If you absolutely need a power bank which will charge faster you will need to look elsewhere and be prepared to pay considerably more for it. My primary phone has a 3300 mAh battery. This means I can get three full charges from the power bank, so with the phone fully charged and one power bank I'm looking at four days use without needing to find a way to charge either the phone or power bank. With two power banks that goes up to seven days, which is plenty for a whole week away. Perhaps the key feature of this power bank is the twin seven-segment LED display showing the current charge in the power bank. This is far superior to the four-part indicators on many other power banks and is what 'sold' the product to be in the first place. The LED display means you can easily judge how much charge remains, how many more charges you can get out of it, and a more accurate estimate of how long it will take to fully charge the power bank than you would get from one of the lesser power banks with just the 25%/50%/75%/100% indicators (like my previous power bank). The display works well and displays in 1% increments. The power bank was supplied with a soft draw-string pouch. This was unexpected and will help keep prevent the power bank from being scratched, although the pouch isn't of a hard-wearing material, so will have its limitations. The pouch is large enough to accommodate both a power bank and a small charging cable, keeping everything neat. The thing which led me to seek a replacement for my previous power bank was that the charging socket had become damaged. Because this power bank has two sockets to charge from, if one becomes unreliable you will still have the other available.

This power bank charges devices quickly, which is really convenient when you need a fast boost. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around, making it perfect for on-the-go use. The only downside is that its battery doesn’t last very long, so you may need to recharge it frequently. Overall, handy for short-term use but not ideal for extended power needs.

Wow good little device

Very pleased with this power bank. It's not super fast to charge up, so I wait until the night time to save on electricity, but it powers up my phone a lot quicker. To charge my phone to 80% (which is the preferred recommendation) it uses approx half the battery. I like the colour and design and although it is a bit heavier than I expected you don't actually need to carry it whilst it's doing its job. It also comes in a soft carrier case which keeps it clean and scratch free.

It's okay for the money (£9 at the time of purchase) but not great. It only charges my phone one and a half times. Disappointing.
