Before using the advice I followed , please read the niacin and CoQ10 advantages on internet. Don't overdose, only adults. I don't know but I'm never been in the favor of using statin drugs for lowering cholesterol. Remember you have to follow an active lifestyle too , to make your bad cholesterol down.
