Great Training Aid!
I have been using the Orange Whip for a few years. I thought I would give this a try to compare the two. Much to my surprise, I believe this to be the better of the two. This really emulates a true golf swing with a driver or iron. If you are looking for something to help your golf swing, I would highly recommend.

A Great Warm up Tool for Golf
This is the perfect warm up tool before starting a round of golf. It helps with clear out some of the Cobb webs

Great tool to have in the bag
I don't spend money on a warm up bucket of balls before my rounds anymore. This swing aide is great for warning up. Just 10 easy swings back and forth and I'm ready to go. I'm sure it helps with temp and speed, but I just need it to warm up these old muscles. If I do go to the range to hit a few, I can use this as an alignment stick. I've had this for about a year and it was a great investment. It has saved me a lot of time and money.

Suprisingly Effective
No downsides that I have found, all positive. The 1st few swings seem too easy with this, however it is not long before the muscles begin to feel the strain. Great for warming up before practice or playing, and for use as a golf-muscle strengthening tool.

Good For Beginners, Not So Much For Experienced Golfers
Let me say this product is fine if you are just starting out or taking the first steps to understand and develop a repeatable swing. The product is comparable to the SKLZ trainer and much cheaper. It does help with the swing plane and developing muscle memory. This is not a training aid that is comparable to the Orange Whip which is superior and also will teach tempo and provide better feedback. I tried this first and ended up getting the Orange Whip and is my honest comparison. I'm an experienced golfer and have a repeatable swing. Both will work if you put the practice time in and the Orange Whip is way more expensive, but it's the winner for me and the level I'm at.
