Fast delivery. This made it through with only one big dent in the box. Blair Tech. padded the product well. Everything went together smooth and easy. The preprogrammed tutorial was superb. The tower doesn't have an SD card port or HDMI ports but they provide an adapter for the monitor and so far everything works seamlessly. We bought this to aid in our research efforts and for its intended limited use it is perfect. We recommend this refurbished computer to anyone who does basic internet and record keeping chores.

The computer itself is very quiet. Nice size screen. However, 3 things:1. The power plug connection is flimsy at best. It keeps unplugging itself in the near of the computer sitting on the flat ground. Cannot take any tension whatsoever. It would be best to have an old-fashioned screw in plug.2. The keyboard could not be synched with the computer. Had to purchase a wired keyboard to make it work seamlessly. There are no instructions whatsoever as to how to set up the wireless keyboard and there is no wifi device to connect it.3. Ditto 2. for the mouse.

Overall this PC will do the job we need it to do. It came complete and ready to use. No issues with the product however there is no HDMI input so you'll be stuck using the provided video cable with limited display capabilities. If we need another low end PC we'll certainly consider buying a similar system from this company.

There is no instructions on putting it together. It is now sitting in pieces on my desk. Biggest mistake I ever purchased.

Bought two for my grandsons to help with their remote learning. It was fairly easy to set up but you need to have a little experience with USB ports and connections. Had them set up and running in less than an hour. They have been using them for a few months now with no problems. Good desktop for the money.

Computer and screen are great but the keyboard and mouse don't work

Just received and set it up. So far, so good. Need more time to assess features and value.
