Very high in sodium, 1300 mg per tablespoon, but that's to be expected with a rich soy sauce. Best used in moderation as an an adjunct to other seasonings. Convenient unbreakable plastic jug saves pantry space and can be decanted into a smaller container if desired. Requires refrigeration after opening.
