It works
Had one of my usb headers go bad on my motherboard. No install disks or software needed it’s pretty much plug and play. It has 2 usb headers and it functions as designed and works well with the Lian li and or the Gigabyte software. Great item if you need more headers than what on your motherboard has.

it works as intended just be aware with certain devices
this works great!! with one down side.. i have a corsair fan controller that requires a USB 2.0, I have a USB type c to USB 2.0, & finally I have a deep cool mystique 360 with an LCD screen on it that requires a USB 2.0. I had my deep cool USB 2.0 plugged into this extension thing and everytime my computer went to sleep and I woke it up the screen wouldn't work properly it didn't break the device but I would have to unplug and replug the power supply cable to the screen and the USB 2.0 and it was a nightmare trying to figure out the problem with deep cool support. i then realized oh shit my screen is plugged into this thing so I swapped out my corsair fan controller from directly to the motherboard to this extension and vice versa with the deep cool screen instead of the extension its now directly in the motherboard and it seems to work just fine now! so if you have a deep cool liquid cooler with a screen or maybe any liquid cooler with a screen DO NOT plug the usb 2.0 into this plug it into ur motherboard directly. i would use this strictly for extra fans & maybe extra type c ports or something along those lines. other than that its a good thing for extra USB 2.0 headers!

It can take on 9+ fans and still provide a solid connection through other usb splitter

What can I say? This is in every way exactly what is described on the store page. Worked for as long as I needed it to. And gave no trouble.

!DON'T BUY!
I had my CORSAIR iCUE Link H150i LCD Liquid CPU Cooler - 360mm AIO connected to it along with another hub for my CORSAIR fans and both have driver errors when connected to this splitter. I plugged them directly to my motherboard and they are all good so it definitely is this splitter. If you want something reliable then get the NZXT Internal USB Hub 3. Little more expensive but extremely reliable. Connected all my USB plugs to it and all work properly.

RGB FANS WORK GREAT
Ran out of usb 2.0 headers on my asus strix-e z790 motherboard, however this device let me add 3 more (including the slot it takes), and now I can connect 9 lian li infinity fans, lian li strimer (which did not work with another usb 2.0 splitter) , and nzxt kraken elite rgb fans, all together in one usb 2.0 hub!! Amazing value as well as similar products from NZXT and LIAN LI cost twice as much!! 5/5
