Tub looks great. Does what is should. My only drawback is the step up and over. I feel it’s elevated a bit too high but that’s just a preference. All the sprouts works great and functional

The waterfall faucet was not designed for this tub. The water runs allover the top of the tub. They sent a replacement but it won't work it's the wrong size. Now we have been unable to get hold of them. Poor customer service and badly designed. This has cost a lot because our installer is unable to finish the install until the faucet issue is resolved.

This company is total Bs, they wont let me refund it at all contacted amazon they said its not their fault cant do anything, i installed this and immediately the pipes started leaking the professionals that are working on my bathroom keep charging me 100$ everytime they come fix it and the pipes leaked all over my basement and we havent even bathed in it yet, the company it self dont even get me started on it they dont even have their own phone number its a completely different place and i asked amazon they said they dont know who their number is, all in all this was garbage and this was totally unacceptable.

A previous reviewer said it wouldn’t drain all the way and left 2-3” of water. Ours drained fast down to nothing and both my wife and I were in awe. Great tornadoes as the water sucked out. Not a drop left in the tub. The drain hose that came with the system connected to a lower drain in our floor, which I think is key to getting good drainage. The jets ran great and could easily be adjusted from low to high. We didn’t even know about the light show it gave off, which is activated by pressing the jet button. The hand shower is cool too except be careful when turning on the water the first time or you’ll get drenched like I did. Best tub I’ve ever owned!

I thought it was going to be a pain to install and cheaper quality… I am very satisfied with everything! The instructions were not clear to me, so, here are some steps on the installation…-I used a 30 Amp breaker and a GFCI outlet with waterproof guard.-There are two plastic, thin pipes, one for a little air to let the water flow (don’t touch that one). The other one fits on the bottom of the on/off button, which works with pumped air.-plug drain in 1 1/4 pipe-Adjust the legs to level itThat was pretty much it for me. Loved the result.
