Q: Is this really white white? It looks a little cream-colored in the picture.

It is not stark white, but it is more white than cream colored.

Q: Can a harp be used with this lamp?

It doesn’t appear to come with a harp. If you don’t want to use the provided shade you’d need a harp adapter to retrofit the lamp to accept a harp.

Q: Just received this lamp and there is no part included to secure the lampshade so it wobbles when you turn it on and off. Am I missing something?

Thank you for your inquiry. To ensure that the lamp shade is secured, before installing the lamp shade you must first remove the socket ring. The socket ring is a black ring, approximately 2" in diameter, with ridges. Please be sure that you are only removing the socket ring and not the top portion of the socket. Once you have removed the socket ring, you can then place the shade on the socket. After placing the shade onto the socket, screw the socket ring back onto the lamp.
