I consider myself a tea connoisseur and this was an instant favorite. I've drank Buddha Teas for many years; the Red Clover and Rose Hips are both lovely. I was looking for something to try to at night to help ease anxiety, calm my mind & body, and help me sleep. It hit all three marks. Even my mother, who is doesn't drink or take as many herbs as myself, loved it! It is actually her favorite tea to drink at night. I've bought a few different brands for her and this is the one she can tell helps the most. Also, many other calm or bedtime blends have licorice root; this one does not and I enjoy that. I can tolerate licorice root b/c it has many benefits, but it's not my favorite. If it's also not your favorite, great - it is not in here! ha ha! It has a really lovely & light flavor with the chamomile, lavender, passion flower & spearmint (but it's not "minty"). It also has a hint of cinnamon but it's barely detectable - just enough. Also included is St. John's Wort & skullcap. Also, all ingredients are organic and the tea bags are NOT bleached. Beautiful tea, beautiful packaging, and beautiful ingredients. Will purchase many more teas from this company and highly recommend them to you!

It’s one of my favorite teas. I’ve given it away as gifts to other tea drinkers

I have been drinking Buddha Teas for many years now and have tried quite a few of their different blends. Most importantly, they have all been wonderful!!! They actually do make me feel better every time I drink one of their teas. They taste great too and I am so glad that they are organic and don’t add anything artificial, or any sugars, etc. They are all natural herbs of the highest quality. A bonus is the fact that they use unbleached teabags, so no bleach or chemicals are leaching into your tea! I highly recommend you to try their teas because they have so many healthy and delicious flavors. I have 6 different flavors in my pantry right now and I love them all!

Buddha teas are refreshingly soothing and an aromatherapic sensation.

Love Buddha teas. Fresh taste relaxing @ worth the money.

I am obsessed with this blend. I received it as a gift from a friend a few years back and it has been a crucial part of my nightly routine ever since. It is delicious and flavorful and truly does help me calm down after a long day. I usually heat up a little oat milk and add it for a special nighttime drink. I always feel so relaxed. It smells amazing, like lavender (which is part of this blend). I highly recommend.

Just discovering this brand of tea and very impressed. Packaging is sustainable and flavor of the tea is amazing. Will definitely be buying again.

Basically just peppermint.Nice brand and happy with other selection of their tea's but about 10-20% of teabags rip open.
