Winning The Real Prize
An enemies to lovers, office romance between bitter rivals with off-the-charts heat and so many feels. Weston’s arrogance and alpha greatness in the bedroom will seal the deal and win your heart.Weston is self-assured, yet carrying scars. Losing his sister left him in a downward spiral. Partying and women was all he knew until he hit rock bottom. It’s been just over a year, but he’s getting his life back on track. Now all he has to do is restore The Countess Hotel back up to her former glory, not kill his rival counterpart in the process and win the hotel’s majority share. Should be easy.Sophia remembers Weston from high school. Their family’s have always hated eachother due to bad blood from long ago. Now both family’s are being forced to work on a project together to compete for the majority interest. When Sophia and Weston are in the same room, sparks fly. They may both claim to hate the other, but it does not put a damper on their insane attraction. Their hate sex is crazy hottt! He wants to just indulge their attraction while she just wants to deny it. Ultimately, neither can resist. It’s supposed to stay purely physical because their family’s would never allow it. It doesn’t take long for feelings to get involved. Weston has his own story to tell that will pull at your heart strings. Sophia battles a tyrant of a father to rightfully take her place in their business. Now they have to figure out to keep business out of their budding feelings for eachother. This is the kind of story that brings me back to the author time and time again. She gave us a hero that won us over as he transforms throughout the story. He was flawed and a work in progress. We got a beautiful, strong female that could hold her own and rival any man. An office romance with tension and chemistry you’ll love and a redeemable hero that will sway you with his dirty talk and sweet gestures.

One of the best enemies to lovers stories I have ever read!!
The Rivals is honestly one of the best enemies to lovers romance books that I have ever read. A delicious enemies to lovers romance with the best kind of sexy and antagonistic banter that made me fan my face while laughing out loud. I loved the interactions between the two main characters, the push and pull of their relationship along with the love/hate made this story perfect! The unique storyline and lovable characters were just phenomenal, and I loved and adored Vi’s simple and effortless prose. Her romances are always a pleasure to read, and she never fails to wow me with every book she puts out. Weston and Sophia were fantastic characters. They were so incredibly special, and I loved every minute of watching their story unfold. Weston and Sophia’s romantic journey definitely wasn’t an easy ride but everything was totally worth it in the end and I was beyond ecstatic with the conclusion. As ever, this was a very well written story by Vi Keeland. She always makes me feels as if I'm a bystander in her stories; she sucks me in and I lose myself in her books every single time. The Rivals was another winner from Vi Keeland and a definite MUST READ. Simply brilliant!

The Rivals totally freakin’ rocked!!!!
Vi Keeland out did herself. Again. I’d like to personally thank her for creating Weston Lockwood. He’s a character that you love to hate but hate to love. Probably one of the sexiest men she’s ever written. My favorite wise ass ever.Sophia Sterling is The perfect match for our sexy wise ass too. She gives as good as she gets. Their sexy banter is what keeps this story hot as ever, fresh and seriously entertaining. There is no doubt that Weston is by far the hottest of them all. I know this sounds cheesy but I was literally swooning as I was reading. The things that came from that man’s mouth were positively indecent.Sophia never had a chance with his intoxicating personality. But it wasn’t just Weston that keeps the story going. Sophia was comfortable in her own skin, Smart and Hot!!!!Watching them fall in love absolutely melted my heart. I’ll never forget this story and it is definitely getting reread very soon. The Rivals totally freakin’ rocked!!!! 5 Stars baby!!!!!

not your standard issue enemies to lovers love story
"All along, I'd thought our arguing made her so irresistible to me. Her anger was like my flint, and I was the little boy who liked to play with matches."The last person Sophia wants to be stuck next to on a flight is Weston Lockwood. Their families despise each other. She and Weston despise each other. He's arrogant and too hot to be ignored. Why can't the two of them keep their hands off each other when everything in their lives tells them to stay away from each other? From their grandparents to their business, everything around them says "NO." But they can say YES to each other if they can open up, bare their inner hearts to each other, and be, above all HONEST with each other. One of them just may be hiding something from the other. One of them may be fighting their demons. And one of them (both of them) may feel more for the other than just hot attraction fueled by years of feuding families. The two of them will have to decide how to be with each other without letting their families corrupt what they've started with each other."...before I met you, I had no purpose. It didn't take long after you stormed into my life to realize the reason I'd been lost was because you hadn't found me yet. My purpose in life is to love you."This is not your standard issue enemies to lovers love story. It's got depth beyond just the feud that drives Sophia and Weston. Weston in particular, is a complex, layered character carrying a lot more inside than his dazzling appearance leads one to believe at first glance. I love the snark and the heated exchanges he and Sophia had, but most of all, I just absolutely loved them together and how they understood each other, complemented each other seamlessly. Their story is everything a great love story should be - fun and witty, beyond hot, with two lovable, complicated characters that loved regardless of theirs and their families' history.

Will the Feuding Ever Stop?
Intriguing, the feud between the Lockwood and Sterling families, similar to the Montagues and Capulets in Romeo and Juliet has lasted for many many decades. It started long before the two main characters in this story were born. Both families hate each other. And now Weston Lockwood and Sophia Sterling are both expected to work jointly to manage a hotel left in a will to both families. And at the same they have to individually evaluate the hotels assets. Neither have a controlling majority. What is their percentage? And how are they going to gain the majority? The relationship between Weston and Sophia is explosive and extremely competitive from the very start. Weston is arrogant and dominating towards Sophia. Sophia is smart but is continually angry at Weston, the run down state of the hotel and the negative attitude of her family.Yet, amongst all the problems, angst, distrust and rivalry Weston and Sophia discover points of similarity. Sexual chemistry and feelings are fuelled by their antagonism. But will small sparks of love develop between them? Will the feud continue? Can change happen?Well, you MUST read this phenomenal story to find your own answers...

Swoon worthy
Omg I so want a Weston in my life. This is a real swoon sweep off your feet tale, nothing bad to say. There's the initial resistance to romance, the back ground bad family history tale, and the hot male lead who has a very romantic heart once he sorts himself out. Loved the way that although Weston was dominant in the bedroom, he was not a overbearing and all alpha, but he had sensitive and caring side, alongside his baggage. If your looking for HEA with a nice story line, romance, humour and some tears then I highly recommend you read this it certainly out smile on my face 🙂

Love and Hate are two sides of a sword
Yet again a lovely easy read from this author. Here we have two people from two rival families. Weston Lockwood and Sophie Sterling. Their grandparents have history over a hotel owned by the deceased Grace Copland. She and the two men formed a partnership. Both men Sterling and Lockwood fell in love with Grace . She loved both but could not choose. Years pass they grow apart and eventually Grace passes away leaving equal shares to both but neither have the majority shares to run the Countess Hotel. The last 2%is owned by a charity wanting to sell it and give one over the other the right to run the hotel, by majority. The story of Weston and Sophie is one of trust turmoil, trust and secrets with delightful chemistry between the two. The characters described are all so endearing, funny and totally believable. A great storyline that is well written and easy to follow but with lots of banter between the two main characters, that total holds the readers interest.

Lots of fun
I breezed through this one sitting, it was not what I expected and yet it was so satisfying and such a nice read.I was pleasantly surprised. I loved both characters. If you want a badass female heroine who takes no shiz from people, then Sophia is your girl. Weston was so cute and such a nice, charming male lead. It was so cute and just such a nice little book to breeze through. The writing was amazing, the storyline was fantastic, can't recommend enough!

But it felt like it moved a little bit faster than I liked. Weston was a sweet character and Sophia was someone I’d love to be friends with next time she comes to London.I really enjoy Vi Keeland’s writing and this was no exceptionRating: 3.5/5
