MICTUNING Blue ROCK LIGHTS Rocker Switch Kit- On/Off Blue LED Light 20A 12V (LS083501JL)

I love these lighted rocker switches! You definitely want the 5 pin switch instead of the 3 pin switch. Basically I see the difference is this: The 3 pin lights up when the device is on and the 5 pin has a backlight that is key on. When the 5 pin is on, another light under the picture comes on. To me it makes sense to use the lighted plug if you’re using lights. If you use the 3 pin switch you’ll have to fumble for the switch in the dark. Oh, be sure to use a relay when running anything with significant draw.

I bought this switch along with another to go on my ATV. They just snapped into the switch box I also got from Mictuning. I just followed the wiring instructions for the switch and they worked perfectly. Running the wires so they were out of the way and not seen for my 5 rock lights and whip took me two days. I also bought extra electrical wire and connectors to get it done right. The only thing I do not like is the LED light in the switch stays illuminated in the off position. They have not drained the battery yet but the longest I have gone without starting my ATV is 24 hrs. I may hook the switch up to the ignition if it becomes an issue. In all I am very satisfied with this product. Update 1/1/20 - I have had these switches on my 4wheeler for over 3 months now. As I stated in my review. I had some concern as to battery drain while my ATV was not in use because, the switches are always illuminated since I hooked my lights up directly to the battery. One switch for the rock lights and another for my lighted whip. I have had temperatures below freezing for over a month. During that time the temperature got down into the single digits and I did not started my ATV for 4 days. It started right up with no problem. The battery drain these illuminated switches use is very minimal. But if you want to wire it up to the ignition that is fine. In my opinion, you do not need to. On another note. I found out you can easily remove the switch handle itself since it is just a pin on the back side. My jacket caught the switch one time and popped it off. I just put back in with no issues. Mictuning makes a switch holder that comes with 3 switches already in it but for some reason they will not change them to what the customer wants. Probably because they would have to open the sealed packages to do that. Not sure if they already do this or not but maybe they could sell the switch handle separate from the switch assembly. I am sure it would cost less and customers would buy it to get what they needed. See pictures I have added.

I ordered this because of the reviews, company was very fast with response to my request . the switch lights up and stays on, I see a few reviews about it staying on but it doesn't kill my battery . product is sturdy and looks like a factory item.Mictuning company has a standard of quality and does a great job of meeting that standard. So to wrap up this review in a few words, great looking,high quality product. First company that cares about the quality and customer satisfaction

It's a switch, it works, haven't broken it yet and I've had it for almost a year. However, installing this was no easy task. The diagram it comes with is incorrect and I had to fiddle with the wiring for about an hour in order to get it so the light would turn off when the switch was not in use and even then I could not get the light to switch on when turned on. So, it is either no light or light on all the time, no matter how you wire it.

Great product functions like it supposed to, easy digram for an easy installation. The rock light switch was mounted into the dash of a 2017 Polaris RZR 900 and looks like it came factory. Lights inside the switch functions like they are supposed to, easy to tell if it's on or off. Overall I'm very satisfied and will be using Mictunning switches for all my accsorry needs.

Excellent product

I like these switches for my Polaris Ranger but they are hit or miss on quality. some work a long time some go bad in a short amount of time. I just had to replace my rock light switch I installed last year. at least they are easy to replace.

Other rocker switches do not come with jumper wires. This kit fit perfectly and works flawlessly. MICTUNING is the way to go.

I have ordered alot of the mictuning switches and they are all solid and perform well. I had issue with one and they sent me a replacement right away.
