Great Boot for Plantar Fasciitis
After trying one boot that I returned (not comfortable to sleep in), I purchased the Brace Direct Padded Night Splint 90 Degree Immobilizing Stretching Sleeping Boot. I ordered it on December 14 and received it December 20. 2023. I wore it for about 4 hours for 3 nights and noticed that each day my heel felt better. After 3 nights, I began wearing it all night. It does slip off during the night, but I just slip it back on if I wake up. I continued to see improvement and after about a week, I could get out of bed and walk normally. There was no pain. The fasciitis is not gone but I don't look like I'm 100 anymore!! I wear a women's size 6 shoe and ordered a small boot. I could possibly use an extra small (if they had that size), but I find this one comfortable and it has worked for me even though it slips off. The plastic part of the brace did break after 2 months (it was not abused in any way). I called Brace Direct and the girl was lovely. She was happy to hear of my success and disappointed that it broke. She said that is very, very unusual. The boot comes with a warranty and she said they would replace it. I received a prepaid mailing label (shortly after speaking with her) to return the broken boot which I am doing today. Once they receive the broken boot, they will send a new one. I highly recommend the boot for plantar fasciitis.

Runs small but does the job.
Don’t believe their size recommendations. The small is short for size 7.5 women’s shoe. I don’t have planar fasciitis but have an ankle tendon injury but still need my foot to stay flexed at night to help the pain. Not sure how it will fit in my suitcase yet.

Good support boot for home use
My girlfriend has plantar fasciitis and her podiatrist supplied her with a big giant hard plastic support boot which she uses at work since she is on her feet all day. We went to a second podiatrist who gave us a whole list of different things to try including a soft boot for at home and sleep. We chose this boot and it has been great so far. It definitely gives a similar amount of foot relief in a much more comfortable and lightweight boot that doesn't go far up your leg. She uses the wedge under her toes which seems to help since her regular hard boot doesn't have that. She hasn't tried sleeping with it on yet but may try it soon. This is definitely for indoor use only on carpet or wood/tile floors as the bottom of the boot is all cloth. She has small feet and the small size fits perfect.

Wayyyy too SMALL!!!!!
I broke my ankle and had surgery two weeks ago. My ortho surgeon just gave me the go-ahead to use this type of padded night splint. I was so excited and couldn't order it fast enough. Honestly, the pictures speak for themselves. I'm a women's small 8, and I followed the size guide and it's wayyyyy to small. I initiated a return immediately! If you're a women's size 5.5-6, it might fit, but I still wouldn't recommend it because it appears that the velcro won't last very long.

Velcro/fabric bond does not last
When I first got the boot it was awesome. Comfy, held my foot 90 degrees and was adjustable. But the fabric started to fray. And the Velcro stopped sticking. It was about 3 months in and I had to use safety pins to keep it the right size for my foot. Do not get this unless you want to buy a new cover every 3 months.

Crying YESSS for this product!
Oh. My. Comfort. So I fell down a flight of stairs & landed with my foot 180 degrees behind me. After resetting it & getting rushed 2the hospital I had surgery to repair my tib & fib, including a shattered ankle. Just yesterday I had my cast removed & they put a boot on for the next 6 weeks. I was MISERABLE! The plastic went right along my incisions & caused excruciating pain. I was stuffing guaze, rolled magazine, cardboard nothing helped. So I hopped on Amazon & searched hopefully. THIS SPLINT! It's the one! It's like heaven, a cloud, its pain relief more than my meds could provide! The large soft velcro straps safely go around my wounds & do not irritate my stitches on either side of my foot. If u are recovering from a tib/fib break or just need to keep that 90 degrees when u sleep, TRY THIS! Im crying tears of relief. A+++

Inadequate Support
The boot is comfortable but doesn’t provide enough stability or support while sleeping to help with plantar fasciitis. The heel slips and there’s no way to adjust the fit to keep the foot in position. The piece that’s included to help increase the stretch attaches with velcro feels hard on the ball of foot, but without it the boot is useless. I’m considering returning this. Perhaps this boot would be useful for someone who needs very little help treating plantar fasciitis.

Awesome for plantar fasciitis!
This has been great! I was having so much foot pain, it was excruciating to walk especially in the morning, but also every time I stood up. Where I work I am constantly up and down on my feet. I tried all kids of exercises and Remedies and nothing as helping. I I used this brace and had a drastic improvement after the first night and with in a week I had no more pain. I highly recommend this for plantar fasciitis! I wear it every night now.

For our toe walker
Exactly what I've been looking for. Trying to help stretch my toe walking sons calves. I've tried SO MANY products for toe walking. Braces. Insoles. Arch support. Anti crease toe caps. And so many..many more. Prior to surgery, they will cast the child's legs to see if this corrects it. So we have been using this boot at night (it's mostly his left leg) and it's pretty comfortable and does the job, especially with the added wedge they give you! I do wish there was a 2nd wedge. It's made of a weak foam, which I can see warping with time. But we're happy !

Excellent tool
I was skeptical at first, didn’t sleep well for a couple of nights but omg it truly works. My plantar fasciitis was at a acute pain stage. I’m a very active person, and not being able to do my activities was pretty depressing. I’m still nursing it but the boot really helps and it took away the pain. I strongly suggest the boot. Plantar faciatis sufferers know that stretching is key to recovery and it takes time to heal. Invest, it’s worth it 👍 (I’m just not sure how to wash it, it does say washable 🤷♀️)
