**Q: I am assuming this does airplay for each zone?**
A: Yes!  Using our web interface you and turn off and on any of the zones you would like for each airplay source.  There are 4 sources which gives users the ability to have different audio playing to different zones simultaneously in this instance there's 2 family members in the home who want to listed to different things at the same time.

**Q: Is it possible to turn off or bridge channels when running speakers in parallel?**
A: Hi Pierre,

The Juke Interface has 4 sources which allow different audio to be streamed to different zones all simultaneously.  For example, one person in the home could be playing one stream of audio to any or all of the 8 zones and someone else in the home could be playing their audio to any of the other zones not being used.

As far as bridging goes, if you had 4 speakers in a singular room you could just designate 2 of the 8 zones to that room and label them say 'Living Room 1" and "Living Room 2" -- Here's a video of Juke being used in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gl6oL96TrII

**Q: how can you connect surround sound for tv? how do you connect the Optical Digital Cable?**
A: Your surround sound setup will remain the same (whether that’s a soundbar with stereo satellites or a 5.1 or 7.1 setup). However, if you’re surround amplifier has a line out that with volume control, you can connect that line out to the USB input using the DigitNow RCA/USB adaptor. That way you can, for example, send the sound of what you’re watching throughout the other zones. This is good for a sports gathering. When someone gets up to say grab a snack from the kitchen, they’ll still hear the game in the kitchen zone. So TL;DR version: it doesn’t do surround but allows you to send a stereo signal of what you’re listening/watching from your surround to other zones.

This is an amazing product! I have four rooms with ceiling speakers wired down to the cellar. I have long used an old Onkyo receiver with a SONOS iPort to drive them but it had failed, so I looked for an amp that could drive my speakers and found this unit which can drive up to six sets of speakers. Moreover, it allows music inputs from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and direct connect with sources like Apple Music, Spotify, and others, so it also replaces my iPort. To top that off, you can play multiple sources simultaneously to different rooms, all with their own volume controls, and all managed from your smartphone - which means, of course, you can control it all with Siri or Alexa. To top it off, it is 1/4 the size of my Onkyo and weighs less than a pound compared to about 45 pounds! My only complaint is that they try to provide installation instructions by smart phone video. A bad idea. I downloaded the full manual as a .pdf and was glad I did.
