Very disappointed!!! 👎👎👎
First of all it took forever to get here and when it did the box was damage and when I opened the oven of the racks on the side that holds the main rack was broken and on usable had to fix it myself. The door doesn't seal all the way, not sure what I'm going to do to fix that. It takes forever to heat up and never gets to full temp. I think the convection part is a joke its just a fan in the back and belive me or not it causes the oven to loose the heat that you just built up. The rotisserie is an even bigger joke it looks like it wouldn't even hold a small chicken let alone the turkey that I wanted to try this Thanksgiving. All in all I am very disappointed my house runs off propane and that was the only model to choose from. Wont be buying from them again.

This thing is a piece of crap! It does not stay lit, if you can get it to light at all.
This oven will not stay lit, if you can get it to light at all. It is not the thermocouple, because the broiler works fine. It is also not the amount of propane in my tank because I have almost 180 gallons. It is also not the gas line itself, because as I said, the broiler works. The oven takes about 2 minutes before it ignites, and then will not stay running. I have sent several e-mails to the manufacturer, and they do not reply. The direct help line is always busy, so no way to contact Gasland Chef. I have been actively trying to find out a solution, and just thought I should contact AMAZON and see that my window of return has closed. This sucks big time!!!!

Oven almost always comes broken.......
The oven itself is good value...but the first order came with a shattered glass door...getting it picked up for return has been a nightmare.The replacement unit came only slightly damaged in the box...I am handy so I bent a couple things back in place and it works great.

Good oven but needs to stay lit
Like it, but our problem is lighting the oven it goes out a lot for first three to four times. And finally it stays lit, what’s the deal?? Thanks

Still trying to see if it's going to be safe to install
After I open the box up the product was damaged I don't know if I can still use it or not going to have to pull it apart to see if the gas lines broken both sides were caved in the top was caved in
