This is worst product. After 2 months of buying the main board got repaired. After repair 4 mobthslater the same thing is happend. Even after 2 months its parts has not arrived yet. Very bad product and dont ever buy a product from I ball

This is only a trading company just selling some cheap Chinese brands branded with iBall name.My Laptop keyboard started giving problems within 6 months. The service centre was helpless as the replacement part never arrived.After repeated follow-up they informed that spare key pad not available and after 14 months they offered me Movie Z tablet instead. Accepting it was the only option left.Now I see that the Tablet review is also poor and I think my money has gone down the drain.Don't risk your money on this brand.

It is better for watchingBut you cannot upgrade your windows after certain time it needs an external hard disk for upgrade not good for gaming also

i bought iball compbook and it got malfunctioned within 1 year. i have given it to service centre for warranty claim, but after 4 months also they dont even attending my issue. the laptop is still kept there in the local service centre and the company is not doing anything to solve the issue. iball customer care also not replying any of my queries.CONSIDERING MY MONEY LOST, NOW I BOUGHT A DELL LAPTOPI BALL IS CHEATING THERE CUSTOMERS, DONT BUY THERE PEODUCTS, SPEND SOME MORE MONEY AND BUY SOME GOOD BRANDS
