Using this product as a mobile auto locksmith. The unit arrived at my place the very next day at an incredible price. Everything about it was just as it should be. The seller has offered support should I need it and it comes with the inclusive updates for the first 12 months. Contacted the seller as was concerned about some reviews stating 'mis-leading' information. I purchased this IM-608 - its new, genuine, global model & I registered it with Autel - no problem at all! The communication I received answered all of my many questions and after-sales coms have also been great. The product itself is also great. I do not normally give reviews only when something is really bad or really good. In this case the product was the latter and the seller exceled!! I'm in UK and order arrived in less than 24 hours.

Amazing and powerful diagnostic and key programming tool. It did a 2014 c230 all key lost in about half an hour thru OBD2. I own 2 Autel scan tool, one is MK808BT and second one is this IM608(with G-box and APB112). Recommend it for locksmith or workshop!

Fast support changed language to Swedish very simple just follow the guidlines that the support team send to me, tool working as it should after update I haven't try they key funktions yet but am sure its working as it shall Have been using autocom original befor but Autel feels much better then autom and can do so much more I did buy the camera to it and picture detail looks good easy to connect expensive--yes worth it--yes every penny

Ya previamente había hecho mi investigación y me había decantado por esta herramienta de la marca Autel porque necesitaba lo mejor y más versátil para trabajar con diagnóstico y cerrajería automotriz. Por la herramienta, sabía que era muy buena porque lo había investigado, pero sinceramente me preocupaba que la atención al cliente fuese deficiente y he de decir que nada más lejos de la realidad. En todo momento que le he escrito al equipo de Autel Direct me han respondido en cuestión de minutos a través del correo, en mi caso en la firma debo de agradecerle a Vanessa pero de seguro es todo el equipo de Autel Direct. Realmente me han sorprendido para bien, así que por mi parte solo puedo recomendar los productos de esta marca líder y en concreto a Autel Direct que son los responsables de las compras online en Amz.

Très bon appareil il est bien complet, Le seul hic ! C'est qu'il fait partie des plus puissants et plus Cher mais il ne fait pas la reprogrammation ou clonage des valves TPMS comme le font des outils moins puissants et moins cher de chez autel, il y a écrit juste l'id tpms via OBD dans le véhicule nul :( voici la seule chose qui m'a déçue mais sinon à part ça c'est un appareil très puissant
