I put batteries in it and it did not work so they reimbursed my money.

Factory Defective. As others said the screen is garbled. only part of it works. I ordered 2 from different sellers and both were defective. I even opened on up to see if there was a bad solder joint. but it is the the actual ribbon cable that passes through the LED screen and attaches to the circuit board on both sides that is defective in its connection. I was able the manipulate to change the display a bit but could not get the full screen to appear. Crap from Mattel of course. Really wanted this game too... Oh well.

I initially ordered two of these games, one for me and one for my dad. Upon receiving them, both of them had unreadable screens, rendering them both unusable. I returned them and tried to order a replacement. That just arrived today and it too is defective with the same black jumbled screen. Do not order from this supplier.

Product was a Christmas present for our daughter. I neglected to read the reviews on the game. Like many others we received a damaged product where the screen would not work. Poor quality / cheap plastic. Not worth the $20 bucks . I would not recommend.
