This has been by far THE WORST Amazon purchase I have ever made. The item didn't work and when I contacted the seller for a refund and a USA return address they keep saying it's not worth sending back I'll give you 10% back I said no, then they replied with 20% back again I said no then 30% back I said why would I want to keep this item that doesn't work I want a full refund. So now I get an email that they are out of the office until Monday. DON'T NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Thank you for offering this part to replace my well used one. Plugged right in to my vevor multi use heat press.

Did not fit my heat press. The bottom piece will not fit most machines. Pictures doesn't show how fat the part is that slides into my machine. Top fits and plugs in. But cotton part not fitting makes it useless to me.

I was not about to use with the pressor

Can’t use it with my heat press

Pieces missing and it took a month

Part doesn’t even come close to fit my heat press. What a waste of money?
