I do suffer from blepharitis on occasions and usually manage to clear it up with bathing my eyes. On this occasion nothing seemed to work, bathing, ointments because my eyelids were also dry like eczema. The morning after using this my eyed had eased. A few days and they were back to normal. I looked up on the yuka app and it gave it an excellent rating which means that there are no at risk chemicals in it. It works, it is safe and I am happy with my purchase.
