Good power supply at good price

Works well to power car radio installed on patio. Great sound: no interference from switching circuitry. Solution for fringe reception under metal roof. Combined with car antenna and a pair of Polk speakers.

I used this to replace the failed linear supply in an old Realistic base CB. I made an ABS plastic bracket to mount it. When the Meanwell was grounded to the chassis, the background receive noise increased slightly. Once isolated from the chassis ground, the Meanwell was almost as quiet as the stock PS. It fit perfectly, runs cool and the radio's lights no longer dim when the mic is keyed. All in all an inexpensive, simple upgrade for a 45 year old radio that otherwise would have been scrapped.

Needed 2 AC to 12v DC power supplies for my cabinet LED DIY project. These work great. I’m very happy with the quality.

Got one, tried it, didn't work, ordered a replacement, _THEN_ I noticed the label pointing to the 120V/240V input switch, which was set to 240V. I'm so used to autoranging supplies that it's hard to imagine in this century that you need to move a switch, but you do. Other than that, seems fine, and I'll be putting it back in service RSN.

Works great for powering 12 volt tv when not in RV

I ordered the power supply as a replacement for a linear supply in a 10-meter transceiver. I was hesitant about using a switching supply due to the noise potential but, it worked out well and I have had no noise issues. It is actually an improvement over the original equipment power supply. I highly recommend it.
