Directions
Take 3 x 1 tablet a day, each one approx. 30 min before a meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Do not chew tablets and take each with 1-2 glasses of water. It is advised to drink plenty of water during the whole period of use.

Great product
Since I've been working from home I've been really struggling with snacking throughout the day just because I can. Since taking these alongside a good meal I haven't felt any cravings between meals at all. I feel so much cleaner and healthier.

Do exactly what they're supposed to.
The tablets work remarkably well at getting rid of hunger. I have been using them for a few days and have had absolutely no hunger pains at all.The only very slight downside for me has been that i find it difficult to eat much at all without feeling a tiny bit queasy - which I suppose isn't too much of a downside if you are trying to reduce food intake.

Perfect to stop snacking.
Amazing product, I struggling alot with snacking inbetween meals, take the pill as per the instructions and you won't crave snacking. Pill is big, but manageable. Definitely something to get used to as you do feel full after your meal. Doesnt make you thirsty like some others out there. Will buy again.
