Mukhia A2 Cow Desi-Ghee, 5Kg Certified Organic Grass-Fed Ghee

As you can see from photo that it is far less yellow than another A1 grass fed cow ghee. Though both are almost same rate at ₹1100 and at ₹1350 (this one).Yellow color is vitamin A. Needless to say the one from Mysore factory has more despite being A1 ghee. Note that A1 or A2 doesn't matter for ghee because it is mere fats.Also, as per label the one from Mysore has 6mg vitamin A and this one has 600 micro gram that means this has 10 times less vitamin A. That should explain the color. Also, not sure how vitamin A content vary so much. Few percentage is ok but 1000%? No wonder indian brands are so less trustworthy.For now I will stick to Mysore brand.Note that I follow keto diet so it is normal for me to eat 100g in one meal. I also eat only 1 meal a day. Quality of fat is paramount to health so cannot take risk there.

The media could not be loaded.  Im using this product from last 3 weeks and there are few things I really like about it:1) Packaging: I received this product in a container which is easy to handle and store plus looks very attractive2) Aroma: ghee smells really good...it reminds me of childhood days when I use to visit my grandparents and they use to serve rotis with desi ghee3) Healthy and Tasty: this ghee is gluten free, sugar-free and non GMO. Good for immune system and taste likes home made ghee

So this is quite a serious health issue to be addressed Desi GheeAfter several weeks the metal container began to rust. It has simply been kept on the counter of a clean kitchen, (though it is monsoon here in goa - but not raining in the kitchen and no mould on the walls!). One day I felt necessary to cut off the lid and check inside. I found that there is rust on the inside too. As you can see from the pictures, the top and bottom have a gold coloured stronger rust-proof inner coating, but the sides do not.This is a very dangerous product in this container! I please ask that you compassionately withdraw this product for the safety of all consumers from heavy metal poisoning and find a safe alternative packaging. Please also inform your previous customers.I will appreciate a refund too for this potential health hazard.I wish you the best quickly finding safe containers. I don’t doubt your other sized products in plastic jars are safe for consumption, so recommend this to review readers until this gets resolved.Thankyou

Decent flavour and aroma.I found it fine though nothing special. Somehow I noticed that it has a raw flavor as if it was slightly undercooked. Color is pale yellow and not a little more yellowish as you would find it in a cow's ghee. Texture not as granular as I expected.

I don't find this ghee very aromatic or tasty.. not upto my expectations as compared to others I purchased from other brands.

Price is quite high.
