Great Quality Product and Worth the $$$
Metagenics Magnesium L-Threonate has been a transformative addition to my wellness routine as I navigate perimenopause. This specialized form of magnesium is designed to support cognitive health, and I've noticed significant improvements in mental clarity and focus. It also helps promote better sleep, which has been a challenge during this phase of life. The gentle formula is easy on the stomach, making it a reliable daily supplement. For women seeking natural support to manage the complexities of perimenopause, this product is a thoughtful and effective choice!

Great product for focus!
This product is very good! The directions state to take 3 capsules daily--one in the morning and 2...2 hours before sleep. I followed this protocol and could not sleep; was awake most of the night. Same result the next night. I altered my dosage to one in the morning and 1 mid-day. MUCH better outcome. Yes, I would would recommend this product. I have used other products from this vendor with excellent results. I do suggest experimenting with dosage for the best personal outcome.
