Bought for my shelter friend who is working through some issues. So far he hasn't gotten away from me, and no one's approached us, so success!The handle is comfy too.

I like this leash because my dogs are not dog or people friendly. It lets people know not to approach the dogs to try to pet them or to let their dogs meet mine. I always cross the street or turn the corner when I see approaching people or people with dogs, but it just gives everyone a heads up and I feel it is the responsible thing to do to protect people, dogs, and my dogs.

Awesome leash with comfort padding on the handle, its extremely durable, and it is machine washer safe! :)

People still ask to pet her , but at least they ask

We got this color for our dog who we had just gotten from a bad situation. He was very Leary of people and we wanted to keep him safe and others safe on walks. This leash was perfect. It could handle his strength and was a great way to keep people from coming up to him as we worked with him.

My rescue dog was 4 years old when I got her. Some behaviors are understandable, but not exactly appropriate when in public. She is fearful of other dogs and launches Pre-emptive strikes at them. The large CAUTION embroidered on her harness AND leash give other people a few seconds pause before rushing up to us!

I have a reactive dog. This lead helps people stop before trying to get to close. Comfortable to hold on. Best lead ive found.

Works well to alert other walkers etc that the dog is not friendly on a walk (for some reason the barking, growling and a muzzle just weren't obvious enough). 1.2m is a standard lead length, we chose a 1.8m as it is long enough for the dog to have a bit of extra freedom of movement for running/playing/toilet while being close enough to pull up to your side if needed. I would have preferred a latch that locks like a lock-safe carabina but that is just a personal preference rather than any issue with the product.

I got this large red Caution dog lead for my German Shepard, the bright red colour and the embroidered caution really stands out just to let other dog walkers to keep away. This is a sturdy lead I am really pleased with the quality and the workmanship is high quality too much better than the dog leads on my local pet shop.

I wanted an easily seen sign to warn people that I had a nervous rescue dog that needed space and calm. This lead was perfect allowing people to understand the dog’s needs. It’s strong, comfortable for dog and owner and easy to use. I can honestly recommend this product.

Got this one and the one that says Nervous (yellow) for my rescue dog, both the same male. They are both sturdy and comfortable to hold. I attach one to the front of the harness and the other to the top and I have a really good control of the dog. They are both long enough to allow for loose leash walking as well. PeopleWhere I live seem dog savvy and respect the message they send out and keep their dogs on leash when we go pass and give the dog a space so he doesn’t feel threatened. Great product!
