Couldn't ask for more
I bought this for my 87 year old mother. In spite of severe arthritis and knee problems she had been very resistent to using a walker. Two things happened to open her mind. First she was moving my father's walker back to his room at his care facility and she discovered how much easier it was for her to move. Then she saw someone at the Doctor's office with a bright pink walker and thought it was very nice- not "old person" at all. So I got this in lavender and she loves it.My brother said it was very easy to assemble and set at the perfect height for her (she is about 5' 3") It is slightly wider and has larger wheels than many walkers so it is more stable and she can move easily between the carpet and linoleum in her apartment. Also navigates any cracks or unevenness in sidewalks. She is much more active with this. She puts a laundry basket on the seat and takes her laundry to and from the laundry room with ease (clean freak!) She can fix a meal, put a tray on the seat and take it into the tv room. Because it is so easy and helpful we are confident that she is using it and much less worried about a fall.Update 10-2-13. I just returned from a trip to see Mom and was able to watch her with this for several days. I am even happier with my purchase. One person had a very valid comment that four wheel walkers can be dangerous for the elderly. It just happens that this is the only type that is realistic for my mother. And after seeing this particular model in action, I don't worry about it getting away from her. Because of the wider wheel base it has a lower center of gravity and the forward motion comes from the legs, not the upper body. The entrance to my Dad's care facility has a ramp, not extremely steep but definitely a long ramp. Even going down the ramp the walker was extremely stable and showed no inclination to roll. I also found it very easy to collapse (after removing the lift out basket) and slide into the back seat of their old mid-size sedan.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, very sturdy.
Bought this walker for my 90 year old grandmother. It was super easy to assemble, and only took about 5 minutes. It is sturdy and won’t tip over easily which is great because she has balance issues. The wheels aren’t the cheap plastic wheels like on a child’s Big Wheel trike like many walkers have, but a nice rubber that doesn’t slip on hard surfaces. The braking/locking system is really easy for my grandmother to use — at 90 her hands aren’t as strong as they once were, but she’s able to apply the brakes with minimal effort. It also has a convenient removable wire basket located under the seat (which lifts up) that she is able to put tissues, her phone, and a book in so that she doesn’t have to worry about trying to carry things and use the walker at the same time. The lilac color looks great in person and has a slightly metallic coat, but not so shiny that it looks cheap. As for comfort, the backrest may be quite the distance from the seat for some, but overall it’s quality.

FABULOUS!!!FABULOUS!!!! FABULOUS!!!
This walker really makes someone 6 ft tall walk upright with 39” handles. It can be adjusted downward for shorter people..it is light to put in the car. The wire basket let’s us put one time 2 gal milk, 24 small can cat food, 26 lbs cat litter, and couple shopping plastic bags of clothes all in there. The seat was push upward which acted as support for holding the other items. The litter large bag was balanced on the handlebar frame. We walked from the car, took an elevator up stairs and had a good length walk to our apartment.I showed it to my neighbor and he wanted one so I reordered the next day for him!!!

Item defective. Brakes no longer work.
Both my parents use this walker. However the new one I purchased in August 2022 is defective. The brakes no longer work after very limited indoor use. And I missed the return window by 4 days. Amazon should permit returns for defects for at least 90 days.

THIS IS A BIG PLUS FOR ME AND YOU
First, I want you to know that it is very strong, In addition, having a basket instead of a bag Velcro attached, is so much better. Oh why you ask because getting i and out of cars is annoying because of the bag. One has to open the straps, remove the bag and re position them when putting them back . The basket lifts up and out with ease and goes back the same way. Oh yes, another plus for the basket, everything stays where you put it, not the bag. You remove the bag and everything moves around the bag, a mess. This is my seat at anytime, for my back goes into spams and I must sit immediately, perfect. There's more. The wheels are 6 inches high this makes me walk straight up not hunched over because the walker's with smaller wheels are so low. Even at there highest height Not good for me and my back. I am 5'6.Also, this is a carrier for small shopping bags I can put on the handle bars or even tie upThis is my third walker, and the best and strongest . so far !

Well made
2 lbs heavier than previous walker. Weight matters to me. Handles that stop the walker are hard to press down.

Great for very tall people.
Love everything about it but the height of the seat. I'm 5'7' & my feet dangle when sitting? Wish they had one a little bit shorter.

Very useful features: seat, large wheels, steady, good brakes, handy basket (needs a liner so small things don't fall through).
Well made and sturdy. I only wish I had purchased the lighter weight version--my mistake. This is made to support a heavier person and so is heavier itself. Lifting it into the car takes some strength. Its shape is awkward for putting it in the back of a suv. It takes up a lot of volume. Perhaps the designers could look at making it fold up more. It can be disassembled some, but when you are getting it out of the car in a loading zone it has to be quick to set up and quick to fold down--no time for assembly.
