I got the book when my son turned 6months and it has really been helpful, have been able to know when and how to start a particular texture of food and so many exciting recipes, my son enjoys every bit and wouldn’t let go of spoon . Its worth the money !!!

I like that this weaning book is written in very simple words, has images of meals to show exactly how your LO's meal should look like. The meals are very easy to prepare and a shopping list is readily available.

This book is very helpful and it really prepared me ahead of time before my baby turned 6months....My baby is very healthy and a good eater...I highly recommend this book

Not as loaded as hyped.Bought for ideas of the tweaked Nigerian dishes splattered all over author's IG page, but hardly could one find 3 in the main book.Others aren't so scarce that one would need to buy a book, especially for the price.It's a no no.

Aside the 1week longest delivery (on Prime orders). I wasn't a novice to the child thing as this was my 3rd child (after 4years plus) but this book thought me to allow my child feed "herself".I love the fact that U combined both puree and finger foods. Such an easy to read book and the food timetable nailed it for me the most. Saves me the drama of worrying what to make.Great piece of work.
