I'm not kidding! I used to go to the South of France at least twice a week for work and the Herbes sold around tourist spots NEVER were as fresh as Simply Organic. The bouquet is perfectly balanced and brings the poetry of Southern French cuisine alive.

The small sizes are good, the herbs preserve their aroma. however, they aren't as good as the ones I get at ARAX market Watertown, MA
