Easy recipes, easy to follow explanations, delicios recipes
I have bought many Japanese cooking books lately but this one is really great. Fast meals with very easy steps. It explains everything about ingredients that are mostly used, at the beginning. You can then buy it from a Asian shop and you just need the other things that you can find in any shop for the rest of the ingredients in each recipe.I love the recipe but also the way this book explains ingredients and organizes you cooking

Not real Japanese Izakaya food
Most of receipt are fusion food and no authentic Japanese Izakaya receipt. Of course modern Izakaya place offers fusion food but do not name it real Japanese Izakaya. Mixed of Thai, Italian and Asian influence in small portions.

Name it! Boiled, fried, stir... etc. It has the Izakaya perfect for the night.
It has a very good variety of recipes. Many tips and a good glossary to figure out how to get the ingredients outside of japan.

Het boek is in het engels maar met duidelijke eenvoudige instructies.
Geweldig japans kookboek speciaal voor heerlijke izakaya recepten.Makelijk te volgen stappen en weinig/geen moeilijke te krijgen ingredienten.
