Can you wear these for 13 hour shifts? Or is it bad to wear them all day?

hi ive worn them for a 12 hour shift so I don’t see why you can’t wear them for longer? but I haven’t had positive results yet.

They really do block out light, and the frames are very attractive and well made. They look more expensive than they are

Can I use them to read?
